I came to this dentist for cavities that needed to be filled and it was 4 appointments due to so many. However, it was rushed and one appointment she did 3 and it was 30 minutes and at the time I thought that was such a good job.I came in for a check up months later and she explained that all of them chipped. I felt like the blame was on me but it wasn’t my fault. She said they all have to be redone. I went to another dentist and they had to redo 5 of the cavities because they were not sealed tight enough. He explained that it was not my fault but due to them not being sealed well enough and as he was filling one there was still decay in it due to the lack of cleaning it out fully. This dentist was not a good experience. I later cried because I felt so bad about my teeth but it just wasn’t my fault. There staff made me feel like I was being judged a lot. The fillings were still very expensive and now we had to spend more money a second time to get them done.

I've known Dr. Banks for four years. He is not only a superb natural chemical free dentist but what many people do not know is that he is also very interested and campaigns for public health on his own time. He volunteers and puts himself out there on behalf of clean water, safe dentistry and the public good. So, while you may think of a dentist as a technician. They are also people of dimension and depth. Dr. Banks is one of those people. I've had the pleasure of having my mercury amalgams replaced by Dr. Banks without suffering a moment of mercury toxicity reaction. And I also have had the pleasure of seeing him speak to public officials about clean water, protecting your families not only in his office but in the public domain as well. Good citizen great dentist. Two good reasons to patronize Dr. Banks.

My family has received excellent care from Dr. Banks. I like the fact that he is careful about using non toxic dental materials and totally avoids mercury in his practice. The staff at his office always makes us feel comfortable. All in all, a great experience.
