I have been a patient for almost 15 years and unfortunately the service is declining. I am looking for a new dentist.

My appt was rescheduled because the doctor wasn’t going to be there. I made accommodations to change my appt last minute (literally the new appt was when I was on the phone) and the doctor didn’t even see me. I had a so so cleaning and was told the doctor didn’t need to see me this time. Why did I need to reschedule and come last minute?

The appt prior to this one was not good either. There were so many inexperienced dental techs they were stepping over each other. It felt like I was at a dental school instead of an established office.
