Sooo not happy with this Dr. We took our 13 year old daughter in with a dance injury and he had the worst bedside manner I have ever seen. She was nervous, as she had never been to a chiropractor before. He was brusque and rude to my husband, when he asked questions. He was impatient and didn't explain anything he was doing and my daughter came home traumatized. Will not be going back.

I went to this guy several times and I will admit that he helped me some.
I had bad pain in my shoulder and I knew it was my neck that was out.
This guy would work out the tense ligaments and attempt to pop my neck.
I went to him a couple of times for this but wasn't getting any long term relief.
At my 3rd visit for this I asked him how come this isn't getting any better.
He got close to me as if I was hard of hearing and said you are old and wore out.
You have so much arthritis in your neck nothing can be done, just learn to live with the pain.
I had had a medical exam about a month or so earlier and when receiving the results nothing was said about arthritis in my neck.
I myself began the process of healing myself.
I prayed about my neck and asked God to heal it up.
He has done some fantastic things in my life.
With the proper medication and relaxing I was blessed with one vertebrae popping in that was at the base of my skull, an audible pop.
A day later another pop top of my shoulders.
That was Last weekend.
It took a few days for the muscles to get used to being normal.
I am pain free and have a wonderful range of movement.
This guy was so far off base he should lose his right to practice.
And for him to say I was old and wore out and had arthritis really bad and learn to live with the pain was a lie, was very unprofessional.
I would not recommend this guy ( maybe to someone I didn't like like)

Dr. Ballard is the absolute best! I recommend him to everyone I know! The receptionist is an absolute doll. The overall care you receive is great. I love that he does muscle testing and sells standard process!.

Dr. Ballard gets to the source of your pain and knows how to relieve it . I went in as a new patient who was having headaches daily for 2 weeks. One visit and my headache was gone. I now do follow up visits that target whatever is bothering me that week ĵ
