I have been using Dr. Ballard for around 20 years. I have never had a bad experience and goodness he knows how I dislike dental work. I have never had a problem with any cleaning appointments either. My review is from my personal experience. I am not family member as a previous poster has insinuated with other reviews!

My son broke his tooth nearly in half at school. He is young. Only 9 years old. I called all over trying to find someone who would fix it that took our insurance bc his original dentist said it needed a root canal. And no dentist in the area would even consider doing one on a child under 13. Dr. Ballard took my son, on a day his office was closed, and fixed my sons tooth. He was soooo nice and my son LOVED him. And he usually doesn't like going to the dentist. But my son has now asked for Dr. Ballard to be his primary dentist. I am so thankful for him and his and his wifes willingness to go above and beyond for me son on their off day. Thank you so much!

They're always so nice and professional. My teeth feel amazing after I get my cleanings. They really take their time and make sure everything is perfect. I can tell they really care about their patients

Dr Ballard and his staff are caring and professional. The office is spotless and I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen. Plus, he is great with children.

Absolutely the worst dentist! I left there in tears! He put a crown on my tooth and it was crooked! It’s too tight against my other teeth and it hurts! It sticks out and touches my lip. He refused to adjust it and said I need to see an orthodontist! He became very hostile and screamed at me. I’m having to go to another dentist to get it fixed. Please stay away from this dentist! If I could give zero stars I would.

A family member went to Dr Ballard for a crown,he didn't properly put it on and refused to readust it! He yelled at her and was very hostile! She was so upset I had to come pick her up,she couldn't drive home. Please do your research before going to a dentist. This guy deserves a zero rating in my opinion

Dr Ballard is extremely rude and treats people as though they are beneath him!! I do not recommend this man AT ALL!!

The hygienist and front staff were super polite. The hygienist, though I don’t remember her name, was very informative and extremely helpful but I will be finding another dentist!
