Make sure you tell them you need gas before you ever even go to your appointment apparently or you can’t get it. Drove from magnolia and husband missed work to bring me to have teeth extracted. Waited 20 minutes after my appointment time anyway to be called back. Just to be told you have to tell them before you go to your appointment if you need the gas or not. Makes no sense to me. Would’ve been nice to be told that when scheduling an appointment for 2-3 extractions. Just a waste of time for me and loss of money on their part.

I have major anxiety when it comes to the dentist office...Dr. Baumgardner and staff are amazing. They treated me like family. I had lots of work done and I never waited any longer than five minutes which was a major help with my anxiety. I have already recommended this office to my family and friends.

The only reason we may not offer to provide nitrous oxide sedation to a patient is when he/she is unwilling to pay for it when insurance does not cover this service

I told the doctor that the tooth in the very back of my mouth on the left side has been killing me & need that one taken out he said that he will & he pull 2 teeth's that is in front of that tooth now the tooth that he didn't pull & the tooth in front of the tooth that he did pull out is killing me very badly right now & my gums is very sore can't hardly open my mouth up at all & have to put ice pack on it everyday & take pain pills nonstop for the pain this dentist needs to get fired for no listening to a patient at all
