I’m an endodontist with 23 years of experience. When my 16-year old needed her wisdom teeth extracted I wanted to go to the best of the best. So we went to Dr. Ferdowsmakan. He graduated from an IV league school and received his MD degree and training in oral surgery from UCLA - one of the top oral surgery programs in the nation. We had our appointment with Dr. Ferdowsmakan today. He was punctual, knowledgeable, thorough and gentle. The procedure took him around 40 minutes and all 4 impacted wisdom teeth came out uneventfully while my daughter was under general anesthesia. His staff were also amazing from the front office all the way to the back office. We had a fantastic experience today. I highly and strongly recommend Dr. Ferdowsmakan with no reservations.

The worst about relocating is trying to replace your doctors. I recently had to find a dentist to extract a tooth and install an implant. A friend recommended doctor Robert Ferdowsmakan. I was fortunate to find myself at his office.
Dr. Ferdowsmakan's team are amicable and professional. My extraction and implant were a success. I'm reviewing Dr. Ferdowsmakan in case someone needs a great oral surgeon. Dr. Ferdowsmakan is exceptionally knowledgeable and meticulous and most very gentle with a great personality.
I have to admit that he's better than my NY dentist, and that is true.
In terms of insurance and payment, everything is self-explanatory and no surprises. I want to thank Dr. Ferdowsmakan for checking on me after the surgery.

I'm stationed out in 29 Palms in the military and was given the option to be referred off base for my wisdom teeth surgery. I was getting all 4 removed so I wanted to make sure I went with a doctor who was very experienced had great patient feedback. I've heard horror stories from friends about getting there wisdom teeth out from just any doctor, so I wanted to make sure that wouldn't happen to me!

I spent about 4 or 5 hours reviewing doctors online and Dr. Robert Ferdowsmakan really stood out. The consult and surgery were very easy to set up, and the paperwork process was very quick. I did not have any trouble with getting anything approved. His office was very nice, private, and quiet and the staff were all very friendly. When I met Dr. Ferdowsmakan he was incredibly nice and kind, and he took time to answer all my questions I had very clearly. The surgery went very well, and I've experienced barely any pain afterwards. I'm very happy with my experience and he is a doctor who really cares about the well being of his patients. It's been a very easy recovery. I highly recommend Dr. Ferdowsmakan, he is an excellent Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon.

I had a great experience at that office to extract my wisdom teeth! Dr. Robert was very nice, gentle, knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain to me all the options, and the surgery went great. Naomi was my DA, she was very nice and helpful from the start till the end of the surgery. Christine and Marianne did a great job helping me out with the paper work and the insurance. Sorry it took me a long time to right that review, but I would definitely recommend this office to everyone!
