Terrible experience. I went in over a year ago to have a cyst looked at. The staff and Dr. Garbacz ignored my requests to look at the cyst and instead looked at a spot he "thought might be cancerous". It scared me with the big C word so I said go ahead and cut it out. It was a very small spot but the hole he cut into my back was HUGE! It left a huge scar that is still giving me issues! His name fits him well.....garbage! Steer clear of this place and find someone else!

I have been a patient of Dr. Garbacz for over 25 years for my skin issues. I am impressed by the staff he holds. From the front desk to they nurses it is a top notch team. They take great care in treating you and ask the questions they rightfully need to be able to treat your reason for being there. Dr. Garbacz takes the time to access your issue, offer up treatment solutions, and set you up for a follow up visit. Having skin issues is not a comfortable situation to be in but with the treatment i receive along with the prescribed medication makes life more enjoyable. My hats off to the team of excellence and thank you for your pleasant experience.

The most efficient and organized doctor’s office I have ever been to!! I have never had to sit in the lobby more than 5 minutes past my appointment time, and I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes in the exam room for Dr. Garbacz. Every staff member is extremely friendly and professional. They all treat me respectfully as a patient and as a valuable paying customer. I am treated there as though my time is as important as theirs — something that is very rare in the medical field today. They deserve more than 5 stars!!!!!

Dr. Garbacz & his team were absolutely wonderful!! Two of my sons have been in their care for nearly 2.5 years and both have had their skin clear up completely! Whenever we come in to the office we are greeted with smiles and professionalism. I would highly recommend this dermatologist for youth with acne!! Call ms. Holly at the front office and she will set up an appointment for you!!

I wish we had the same experience as others here. The doctor came in and was about to leave without looking at our son's skin. We had to talk him into looking at our son who has really bad skin allergies. We were desperately looking for help and felt like an imposition. I understand they were behind schedule and you are in debt or want to make money, but do your job. The front desk was very impatient and treated my wife like she was annoying. We were just trying to get our son some help.

The office personnel are very friendly and work to find an appointment day/time that works best for each client. The professional staff is outstanding in that each takes the time needed to discuss the client’s issues. Dr. Garbacz is a very patient, kind and caring physician.
