Terrible. Only cares about how much he can bill for. Flaked a referral for a specialist for a YEAR, never got it straightened out. Ended up getting an emergency referral from a lapband doctor 1st time I ever met him when I went in for a consultation. Specialist sent me for urgent surgery to one of only 2 surgeons in the country willing to attempt it. Had my entire thyroid gland removed within a month, it was full of cancer. 2nd largest my surgeon (Head of head & neck surgery at UCLA) had removed in his entire career. Dr Claiborne had been my dr for YEARS. 0 STARS.

Seems like a great place. Friendly staff. But not much for getting stuff done. I was taken off work and we still have not got disability papers filled out by the doctor. I may lose my home over this. I can't say I'm very satisfied with the work ethic. Gave them all doc and emails and passwords to access my account info. I still have not received anything confirming the documents have been processed. Called multiple times and no answer. Also was prescribed medicine for diabetes, and it was never pre authorization through insurance. I was told months later that they do not do pre authorization. Maybe we could start with that next time. I hope I don't lose my home because the lack of drive the receptionist has to get things done. I'm not sure if it's the doctor or the staff that can't seem to get these important things taken care of. I don't know that I would recommend anyone to this place. I will continue going there and follow all instructions accordingly. I'll update as soon as I can. This is sincere and not posted out of anything but fear of losing my home and my kids home. We work extremely hard for what we have and hope to not lose it over lack of importance or priority. Again I have high hopes this is resolved ASAP
