Started going to Dr. Carter last year. I just moved to the Richmond area and needed a good dentist. My father recommended him because he also sees him.Now both my wife and I are patients. The staff is awesome. Never a problem. Highly recommend this office.

I have been going to Dr. Carter for over 15 years! I thought I had wrote a review, but I didn't. Starting with the staff, they are so friendly and kind. They make you feel like you are part of their family. Nice and accommodating. Knows you by name.
Dr. Carter, I LOVE him! And he knows this, because I tell him!!! He is gentle, calming and knowledgeable and has saved several of my teeth with his expertise. I have tried another dentist, due to a job change and thinking the location would work better, they were ok, but after 2 visits, I came back to Dr. Carter!
During an emergency, and I have had several, they will try their best to work you in.

They are by far the best dental office I've went to. They make you feel welcomed there and I feel like I got my smile back. They actually truly care for their patients. I highly recommend this place the fillings are affordable as well and they set me up with a decent dental insurance I only pay $25 dollars a month for.

Dr. Carter and his staff are truly exceptional. I have never been to a dental office where everyone was so friendly, professional, and efficient before. His staff was very understanding every time I had to bring my one year old with me as well. I truly appreciate their kindness. Thank you!

2 years ago I went with breaking teeth..from chemo. Dr Carter fitted me for an upper set and I have had no problems in fact noone even knows they aren't real... Including with Dr Carter's skill and excellent ability to work with patients his staff are outstanding. I recommend this dental office highly
