Achtung, hier möchte ich Dr. Smile bezüglich der Leistung bewerten. Diese Bewertung richtet sich nicht an die Zahnarztpraxis, in der zum Teil die Behandlung stattfand.

Bei mir handelte es sich um eine leichte Fehlstellung der Frontzähne 1 und 2. Der eine Zahl war leicht nach innen verschoben, also, laut Dr. Smile eine Bagatelle. Nach der ersten Behandlung, welche über knapp 6 Monate ging, passierte nur ganz wenig. Dr. Smile entschied per E-Mail, dass eine weitere Behandlung über die nächsten 6 Monate notwendig sei. Auch die zweite Behandlung brachte nicht das versprochene Ergebnis. Nach einem erneuten Besuch beim Vertragspartner-Zahnarzt, entschied Dr. Smile, dass eine 3 Behandlung notwendig sei. Es hat mich schon ein wenig geärgert, dass bei der leichten Fehlstellung eine dritte Behandlung notwendig sei. Die Dinge im Mund stören halt ein wenig, wenn man sie tagsüber und nachts im Mund tragen muss. Aber egal, ich freute mich, dass die dritte Behandlung endlich das versprochene Resultat bringen wird. Doch auch aus diesem Verspechen wurde leider nichts…
Von Dr. Smile aus hieß es, ich habe plötzlich nicht regelmäßig meine Wochenberichte per Handy gesendet, was nicht der Wahrheit entspricht. Die App, die sie zur Verfügung gestellt haben hat sich in dieser Zeit mehrfach aufgehängt und man kam einfach nicht weiter. Dr. Smile meinte, einfach die App löschen und erneut aufspielen. Das ging mehrfach so hin und her …
Dann sagte Dr. Smile, dass ich zu den bereits über 2.500,00 bezahlten Euro, nochmal für eine 4. Behandlung 500,00 Euro zahlen muss! Dann wurde mir vorgeworfen, dass ich, ich zitiere wörtlich: „alles zu der IPR steht in Deinem Behandlungsplan und ist auch in der Simulation klar ersichtlich“. Ich bin kein Zahnarzt und sehe sowas nicht. Mir wurde niemals ein Termin diesbezüglich angeboten!

Also, überlegt euch nochmal, bevor ihr dieser Firma vertraut oder sucht lieber nach seriösen Alternativen.

Attention, here I would like to rate Dr. Smile in terms of performance. This evaluation is not directed at the dental practice where part of the treatment took place.

I had a slight misalignment of the front teeth 1 and 2, one of which was slightly shifted inwards, so according to Dr. Smile it was a trivial matter. After the first treatment, which lasted almost 6 months, very little happened. Dr. Smile decided by e-mail that a further treatment over the next 6 months was necessary. The second treatment did not bring the promised result either. After another visit to the contracted dentist, Dr. Smile decided that a third treatment was necessary. I was a little annoyed that a third treatment was necessary for such a slight misalignment. Things in the mouth are a bit annoying when you have to wear them in your mouth during the day and at night. But no matter, I was happy that the third treatment would finally bring the promised result. But unfortunately, nothing came of this promise either...
Dr. Smile said that I suddenly did not send my weekly reports regularly by mobile phone, which is not true. The app they provided hung up several times during this time and I simply couldn't get on. Dr Smile said just delete the app and put it back up again. This went back and forth several times ...
Then Dr. Smile said that in addition to the 2,500.00 euros I had already paid, I would have to pay another 500.00 euros for a fourth treatment! Then I was accused of, and I quote verbatim: "everything about the IPR is in your treatment plan and is also clearly visible in the simulation". I am not a dentist and do not see such things. I was never offered an appointment in this regard!

So, think again before you trust this company or rather look for serious alternatives.
