Dr. Buckley and his team are absolutely amazing! Both of my children received care here, and I couldn’t be happier with our experience. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always goes the extra mile to make everyone feel comfortable. Dr. Buckley treats every patient with so much care and compassion, as if they were his own kids. He is deeply invested in achieving the best results and ensuring both the patient and parents are fully satisfied. The level of professionalism and kindness in this office is unmatched. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-notch orthodontic care!

The company I work for offers orthodontics insurance so we came to Dr. Buckley’s office for work done to my daughter, it turns out they have not billed my insurance company because they haven’t heard back from them, get this we started service with the office in January 2024 it is now December 2024. It is beyond frustrating when we ask their office staff for an itemized report and the response they give is we still haven’t heard back from your insurance company. How long do they have to wait to hear back from my insurance company I would understand if this was the first time complaining but after months of asking for an itemized report of what my insurance company has paid for and still no answer you would think they would have tried a different approach.

I would advise any future customers to get things in writing and make sure your insurance company is getting charged before moving forward with Dr Buckley’s office specially if you upgraded through work for orthodontics insurance.

I am a repeat customer as my older son had braces here 6 years ago and we loved Dr Buckley’s practice. Fast forward to today, office staff is HORRIBLE and ssssoooo ssssooo rude and unaccomodating. I had to sign a legal financial contract while standing in the line for patients to be checked in. The time prior, I was sat down in a private room and was able to read it and ask questions. The secretary went over it with me real quick in the lobby line and when asked questions, brushed me off with generic responses. I was asked for a copy of what I just signed and she said I had to wait a few days. I asked to talk to the billing rep , was told she was busy calling our insurance and that I would get a call in a couple hours or the latest Tuesday morning.

No call back. I called Wednesday morning and the secretary picked up. I informed her I still haven’t heard back. She placed me on hold then picked back up and said the insurance is correct. I left her know our insurance shows different and asked if I can talk to the billing rep. She said the billing rep is with a patient. I said I wasn’t allowed to talk to her on Monday while I was there and she never called me back as I was told, I need to talk to her I’m a patient also. I asked for the office manager and that’s when she said if you don’t mind holding the billing rep will talk to me when she’s done with the patient. I was placed on hold for 11-12 minutes. I hung up and called back 3x and the secretary sent me straight to the voicemail and wouldn’t even take my call. See my pic.

The billing rep then called me back 5 minutes later. By then I was beyond frustrated that a highly rated dental office along with me being a repeat patient, treats their patients this bad. I tell the billing rep what has happened and that nobody cares or is giving any form of an apology. Her exact words to me were “I’m not going to apologize for being busy” who says this at a professional office to their patients. The billing rep had the same backlash and tone as if they don’t care and deal with it or else. I told the billing rep she’s just as unprofessional and rude as the secretary.

If I have questions, any professional office should be more than willing to answer verses having a tone that you’re bothering them. Very upsetting and disturbing to see how a once loved orthodontic has gone down hill like this. The fact that they are allowed to give generic responses, no apology for never calling me back as I was told and instead given attitude. Such a bad experience. Not sure if we want to deal the next 30 months with these rude people. They talk to you as if your not important and your stupid and to just shut up and don’t bother them. So disappointed and hurt by the treatment I received. Do not come here. Office staff is condescending and rude.

Absolutely amazing! Dr. Buckley is the best orthodontist around and takes the best care of all his patients! His assistants are all very kind, respectful, careful, and just all around great at their job as well! I highly recommend Dr. Buckley and the rest of his assistants as they are without doubt the best in the AV!

I don’t know how there are any negative reviews on this site about this place. Dr. Buckley is very professional and caring about each of his patients and doesn’t fail to provide amazing service. We payed a good amount of money for my braces but I had a great experience all the way through and was even able to take them off earlier than anticipated. After our experience at bright now dental with my older sister, this orthodontist was a god send!

Horrible experience do not go with this orthodontist. I spent more then $8k on braces to leave the office with a crooked jaw that I did not have before. They did not shape or shave my teeth after my braces were removed. They wanted me to do another contract for “extended treatment” to finish correcting my teeth and jaw when I had already paid off my $8k contract, that I declined because I’ve already given them enough money to finish the orthodontic work that they did not. Not including the $100 missed appointment fees they charge. I’m now forced to pay another $5k with a different orthodontist to correct my teeth & jaw. I currently have a cross bite that I didnt have before I went with this orthodontist. You will waste your money and time here.

Dr. Buckley and staff are fabulous. My son's teeth need a lot of work and everything is moving along nicely. Appointments are made to work around school schedules. Generally, you don't have to wait long for your appointment. We have had a few times something went wrong with the braces and had to go in and have them fixed. For this, you can just walk in and they happily put you in between appointments and handle the situation. Again, generally you don't have to wait very long.

We have been pleased and have found most of the Antelope Valley have had their teeth straightened by Dr. Buckley, anotherwords, there are a lot of beautiful smiles due to Dr. Buckley.

Great place. They are all wonderful and Dr. Buckley is great with our son. When time for a retainer, make sure to ask them for the double thick one. Most insurance companies will only pay for one and the thinner retainer broke within the first 6 months. Other than that, I would recommend them to anyone.
