I can't say enough good things about Dr. Trevor Allen and his incredible team! From the moment I walked into the office, I was met with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. I had been struggling with a bad tooth, and Dr. Allen not only took the time to explain my options but also ensured that I was comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. His expertise and gentle approach made what could have been a stressful experience feel completely manageable. Dr Trevor Allen at AZ MAX is great. He really takes the time to explain everything, to listen to your concerns and find the best solutions for your needs. And he did a great job on my surgery! The staff is very nice and helpful. I definitely recommend AZ MAX.

I would give more stars if it were a thing!! But I had a wonderful experience for being petrified of Dentists!! Dr. Allen was amazing!! Very calming and friendly disposition as soon as he walked in the room!! Down to earth yet very professional! He Addressed every single concern and question I asked not to mention did an excellent job on my surgery! I’m healing beautifully!! I’m so relieved!! I honestly can say he changed my outlook and fear about Dental work for sure. I would highly recommend Dr.Allen for any and all Dental work needed! Hands down the most wonderful and friendly staff. I felt like I knew them for years! ! Great experience! Thank you Dr. Allen and Staff!! Y’all are THE BEST!

Dr Allen is an exceptional oral surgeon. I needed a tooth extraction and an implant. Dr Allen reviewed the x-ray, my tooth extraction and future implant process with detail and patience. Dr Allen answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. He and his assistant Amber were so efficient, gentle and kind. I barely felt pain afterward and the healing has been quick. The entire process has been smooth, from consultation, surgery to post-op. I appreciated all the material they provided for post op and recovery. The staff is also amazing. I’d recommend them to anyone.

This was the first time I had a tooth pulled that I will need to have a replacement put in. Some bone grafting done. Dr Allen and his team did a Wonderful job explaining and answering all my questions. I would recommend them for any dental issues. Thank you Dr Allen and team!

Had a a couple great experiences so far at this Oral Surgeon. The initial appointment for consultation was great. Front desk is awesome, assistants were awesome, Dr. Allen is very nice and compassionate to your worries (I am an anxious mess).

I ended up having all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed along with 2 other molars that put in their 2 weeks notice. I had never been put under/asleep before so I was a wreck but they lady (apologies for not remembering names) who was with me was very nice and everything ended up going very smoothly (even though I don't remember even seeing Dr. Allen). The days post surgery have been much better than I anticipated which I assume is because of the quality of the surgery I received.

Overall this is a great place with great people working there. Hoping I never really have to go back except for future implants, but would recommend Dr. Allen and everyone 100%.

Dr. Allen has an excellent “bedside manner” as I was an anxious patient. He explained exactly what he’d be doing prior to doing it and would tell me what to expect as he proceeded to perform the maneuver. I would not hesitate recommending him to my family and friends!
