Negligent dentistry. No accountability for mistakes. I had to make 4 trips to their office in one day to get my kids braces repaired after they worked on them causing them to break in his mouth 3 separate times, with in minutes of leaving their office. Cut my kids mouth up badly and Dr Venessa won't even speak to me about it. Just avoiding the truth like she avoids diets

Dr. Vanessa and all her staff are incredible. She takes her time to make sure your teeth is how it should be. She is kind and knows what she is doing. Her staff is friendly and accommodating my family and I drive all the way from Santa Clarita because Dr. Vanessa is the only one we trust.

This is smile dental or western dental... Same company. This independent name...same company. Waited over an hour an a half in my car. Refused to give me a cleaning and check up last week on my appointment to make a big deal out of the fact that I have crowns. They said I needed an orthopedic dentist... Lol! Beware.

Waste of time. They do verbal calls to change appt dates. Go to one office and tell you when you check in that it's their other office. They said you can't rely on what their emails say lmao. It's all screwed up but at least they making bank
