The receptionist at this dentistry weren’t very friendly and made me feel degraded/uncomfortable. I wasn’t really aware of the situation she was explaining to me and the receptions was making a rude and judgmental face. When I also had a question about the form she responded in a very rude tone. The moment I stepped out the two receptions started talking about me while my daughter was still in the room. very unprofessional. The dentist here are very kind and professional but the overall tone that I was received with from the receptionist was very unpleasant.

EBDS is straightforward and honest about the process and what to expect as well as how to prepare your little one for dental surgery. Silver crowns are covered by medical while white crowns are $300 each. If anything happens within a year, they cover the cost to fix for free. This is our second time back since two crowns were lost after a few months but waiting for approvals and scheduling appointments took use to the border of a year. Hopefully they don’t have to pull the teeth out but that’s a scenario we have to consider and we’ll be informed after the X-ray and evaluation is complete. We expect good news. Best of luck to everyone who’s had to take their children here.

Whoever the receptionist is she's extremely rude and unprofessional. She doesn't explain anything after I only asked what do they do here she just said anesthesia work. I kindly asked can she list maybe a few things(if that's not too much being that she is the receptionist). Like is it root canals extractions crowns etc.? She just repeated herself and didn't even answer my one question. Why go to work if you don't want to work. Would not recommend here and heard a kid screaming in the background.

Was very welcoming and friendly. Very knowledgeable & I highly recommend! They have an adorable toy machine kids are able to get a prize from after their visit- which made my nephew let his guard down from being shy. Give 5 stars!

Had a great visit. We were nervous for the anesthesia injection but anesthesiologist made sure to explain the process which made it comfortable for us. The receptionist and dental assistant did a great job explaining what the procedure was going to be like and gave us clear post treatment instructions. They also give you a paper with the instructions and free toothbrush with the visit which was nice of them.
