Was seen in office for emergency bottom wisdom teeth extraction. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile and kindness.
The lady that took me back to sign papers was very helpful in answering any questions that I had and she had a wonderful personality.
Aubrey was the dental assistant and she did a wonderful job talking me through the process of everything and managing my anxiety about the procedure.
Dr. May was wonderful as well. The day after I am feeling so great with minimal pain.
The day after I received a phone call from Michelle to check in and see how I was recovering.

10/10 recommend East Tennessee Oral Surgery, Cleveland location.

I do not recommend Dr. May. The staff is 100% outstanding though. My daughter to have a procedure done and would have to have IV sedation. My daughter has never been put to sleep before nor has ever had an IV. Because she was scared of the needle, Dr. May would not perform the procedure. My daughter and I both asked if I could back with her just for the IV and was told Dr. May would not allow that. I found that to be absurd considering she’s a minor. Now, we having to go through the process of finding a new dr and processing with another consultation again. I was going to use them for my implant but because of this situation, I will also be finding another doctor. I do not recommend Dr. May.

From the moment I entered this office I felt cared for and heard. They are wonderful! The secretaries at the desk are super helpful and welcoming. During my procedure I felt like the assistants made sure I was comfortable and they were so sweet! The surgeon did a wonderful job as well. Even afterward, it meant a lot to have a follow up call to see how I was doing. Cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you so much!!

My experience with Dr Russ May was great! He was very kind and gentle. I was out like a light and felt no pain throughout the surgery. I have needed little pain medicine so far post op. I would certainly recommend him to my family and friends.

The staff was very professional and helpful with setting up an appointment and explaining what I should expect after I get my wisdom teeth removed. I would say overall an excellent experience I would definitely recommend them to anyone!! 🙂

This was my first visit here. I was pleasantly received when I check in. The waiting are was comfortable in both seating and temperature. The staff was quick to communicate that I would be seen if me soon even though they ware 1 shy due to vacation.

Everyone I came in contact with at this was so nice and friendly! Dr. May was awesome and fast, and I didn’t feel a thing. I had a tooth extraction, and the whole thing from the time I walked until I walked out was just under an hour.
