We had our first experience with East Texas today and I can’t give them enough stars!! Nurse Angela was the ABSOLUTE BEST with my 3 year old. The whole staff we interacted with was with super friendly and we can’t wait to come back!

I would give them 10 stars if I could! We have a child who is very fearful and anxious while at the dentist, and I could not have been more pleased with how Lynn Cooper and Dr. Ball handled him. It was the best experience we’ve had with him and he even came out smiling! The patience and understanding of Lynn was off the charts! Very appreciative!!!

I cannot say enough good things about East Texas Children’s Dentistry. My son was in a lot of pain from one of his teeth. I called late in the afternoon and they got him in the very next day. From the moment we walked in, he was put at ease. He had to get a tooth pulled but he never felt anxious and left saying it was no big deal! We hope to not need them again in this type of situation, but we know we are in good hands if we do. Thank you East Texas Children’s Dentistry! We are going to have a great, pain-free weekend thanks to you!

Wonderful experience from check-in to check-out! My five year old son started complaining of tooth pain, so I called to set his first dentist appointment. I'm so glad this office was his first experience with the dentist! The lady who helped us check in was very kind, and we did not have to wait long to be seen. The games in the lobby/waiting room were so fun! Eileen, our dental assistant, was very friendly and personable, making me and my son feel comfortable throughout the whole visit. Then we met Dr. Nick, who was wonderful and did such a great job with my son! He was so kind and talked to my son about Pokemon, even showing him the game on his phone. He explained and worked through the whole procedure using Pokemon terms which I know helped my son feel at ease and even made him laugh a few times. Once the procedure was over my son was very excited to receive gold coins to cash in for prizes of his choice. The ladies at checkout were kind and helpful. Thank you so much to everyone at East Texas Children's Dentistry for taking such good care of us!

It was my first time taking my boy here & I'm usually worried how he would act in new places but the staff treated him so kindly from the moment we checked in til the time we had left. I was genuinely amazed by the overall atmosphere of the clinic & staff. Thank yall!

Everyone was so kind to my daughter! When she needed a little extra held or she became a little timid the nurse just praised her and help her hand! Wish we would have found this place sooner!!!
