Eastvale Smiles Dentistry provided an outstanding experience during my recent visit. Dr. Chen's professionalism and gentle approach made my filling process more comfortable, and Mia's efficiency and thoroughness during the cleaning were impressive. Stephanie took impression for me, she was so gentle and made sure I was feeling ok throughout each step.
The detailed x-rays were a nice touch, and Jamie's clear communication kept me at ease throughout. The blanket they provided during the treatment added an extra level of comfort.
Overall, a painless and irritation-free experience. They offer a $59 new patient special, including cleaning, and x-ray. I highly recommend Eastvale Smiles Dentistry for their excellent service!

1. The office manager conducted her scheduling abysmally because she does not fix appointment issues in a timely manner. If you don’t call you won’t know.

2. Additionally, I believe they intentionally and deliberately fleece the public by inflating prices. I’m worried about the people who don’t know how to check their fees. It unethical.

The male dentist at this office is top-notch, but the management person and front office attendant need training. There are many other kind and amazing “professionals” within this office ( X-ray tech, teeth cleaners etc).

Please hire a better office manager for your awesome facility. Keep fees honest. The manager is so unimpressive and disrespectful of people’s time and money. I’m writing this so that they can do better. I am so disappointed in the disrespect of this facility. Thoughtless and careless.

This is easily the best dental office I’ve ever been to. The staff is outstanding! Everyone from the office workers at the front to the dental staff in the back are so kind and respectful. The dentists are so gentle and make sure that you are in no pain. I cannot recommend them enough!

This dental office was provided to me via Kaiser Senior Advantage plan. I was glad to find an office that I felt comfortable going to for my dental care as a newly retired person. Customer service was outstanding. Everything was explained to me and the staff were very friendly.

I can’t express to you how amazing the team was from helping me calm my anxiety to addressing concerns and questions I had. Thank you to everyone that I talked to and laughed with. It was defiantly a memorable experience to have had!

My experience at this dental office was amazing!!! Right when I walked in the staff at the front was very friendly. I loved how they were continuously smiling. Dr.Yen took the time to talk to me and explain the anatomy of my teeth. She is so knowledgeable and friendly. Prior to getting started Dr. gave me a blanket because I was cold. It’s the little things that made my experience so great! Thank you to everyone who helped clean my teeth! I will be back and referring all of my friends and family here:)
