The Grief Recovery Method has been the most beneficial tool to use through my grief journey. I continue to use and have an awareness of the tools introduced in this book each and every day. Although, I will never be the person that I was before my son's death, Crystal has helped me to release the emotional turmoil that was present constantly in my daily life. I will forever be grateful that their are people like Crystal who will be present and gently guide you through your grief, giving you the tools and guidance to carry this heavy load a little lighter.
