I haven’t had any issues with getting my dentistry done here, it hasn’t blown me away but it’s been up to par. However, they have WAY too many patients. Whenever I go, they book too tightly so they are always running behind, and if I have to reschedule an appointment then I have to reschedule for weeks out. I will be looking for a new dentist.

It’s rare that I’ll write reviews for a place like a dentist office, but everyone at EC deserves THE MOST praise! From Kelly at the front desk who’s always so kind, Armand and Elizabeth the amazing hygienists, to the queen herself Dr. Ciula, everyone here always makes you feel so welcome & like you’re part of the EC family. I’ve been coming to EC for years, and I know it’s CRAZY to say, but the staff here makes me *excited* to go to the dentist. Oh, and the views from the 11th floor of the Anthem building are breathtaking. 10/10 would recommend Dr. Ciula and her amazing practice to anyone in the Denver area and beyond.

I am sad to be addending my positive review one year later. EC did a great job on my cleanings and I am sad not to be able to see them as a dentist anymore.

After over 2 years of coming to EC, I was called 6 months after my last appointment and told that I owe EC $330.00 for my last cleaning, as my insurance didn’t cover it. The receptionist, Kelly, told me that this dentist does not accept “EPO” plans from Delta Dental, which is what I have. I asked why I was not notified that my insurance would not cover my treatment when I checked in and showed the receptionist my insurance card that has “EPO” in capital letters on the front. Kelly did not really have an answer to this question.

I also asked why I wasn’t notified of my balance until 6 months after my last cleaning. Kelly stated that they were sending notices to my updated and current address, which I verified with her, but I did not receive any of this mail.

Just today, I received an email saying EC will now collect payments at the time of service. I feel that the billing system at EC has taken advantage of me and scammed me in a way, and I was even more upset with the way my concerns were handled by the people I spoke with over the phone and email.

Overall a very disappointing and expensive experience at my previously favorite Denver dentist.

Absolutely amazing team and compassionate dentist. Dr Ciula understood my extreme anxiety and took all the necessary steps to make me comfortable with her and her team. Plus she does incredible work and came highly recommended to me. Exceptional work. Outstanding team.
