Dr. Edwards and his team are 5* all across the board. From initial consult to end of treatment for our daughter; customer service, communication and timeliness were phenomenal. The office is bright, clean and beautiful. Dr. Edwards and his team are visible in the community and willing to help in any way. They will be our #1 call for any orthodontic need in the future and first in our library for local recommendation.

Dr. Edwards and his staff are the greatest! As an adult getting braces, they made the whole process so easy. I truly looked forward to every appointment. The results I received from Dr. Edwards expertise was more than I ever imagined. My son is now in braces and he is thrilled! We are thankful to have such a caring place in our neighborhood.

I took my daughter to Edwards Orthodontics today for the first time for a consultation and every employee was so sweet, caring and accommodating. We also received a guard same day and she is already on the way to correcting her overbite. The building is beautiful and clean and I highly recommend using Edwards Orthodontics for your children! My daughter also received a prize for her visit and was so excited!

Everything, from the initial phone call to the initial consultation so far, has been absolute perfection! All of the staff members here are so kind, caring, & well spoken/mannered; not to mention, Dr. Edwards is precise, very methodical, & knowledgeable. We loved the environment & atmosphere here as well!

We highly recommend Edwards Orthodontics. They got to put up with us for 1,035 days. We aren't the norm. It's important to know you have a doctor that is going to stick with you if your kid happens to have a textbook experience or if they encounter some challenges. After a year with braces, my daughter had to have surgery on an impacted tooth. It just wasn't developing like her other teeth had developed. It was a long journey of removing a baby tooth, putting a bracket on a barely developed adult tooth, moving the adult tooth into place . . . . basically, we aren't the norm. However, Dr. Edwards was very patient and kind through the entire process. He recommended us to an oral surgeon that he communicated with himself about my daughter's situation. Dr. Edwards even came in during his vacation to make sure my daughter's surgery had gone well and check on the surgical site. Oh, and my daughter's smile? Perfection. Her smile is beautiful. She gets so many compliments. We'll definitely use Edwards Orthodontics again when it is my son's turn to get his braces.

Dr. Edwards and his staff are wonderful! They are so friendly and actually make the process of having braces fun. My daughter has never complained about having to go to an appointment because the office staff is so genuine and friendly. The staff goes above and beyond- even emailing instructions with a detailed picture when my daughter had just gotten rubber bands and wasn't exactly sure she was using them correctly. My son will need braces within the year and he will definitely be a patient of Dr. Edwards. We wouldn't even think of going elsewhere!!!!
