I wish I could be able to give this location less than one star . This is the second time that they cancel my appointment for ridiculous reasons. I tried to file a complaint against this location but unfortunately it was useless,no hearing from them , please stop going to this location specially with two Persian doctors,Wahid Pirzai and Arezou Persian . These doctors are even not Nurse I believe.

Unprofessional and Discriminating!
This clinic is a total mess, and the worst behavior of Dr. Waheed Pirzai is a total shame! I've waited for more than 1 year for a urologist appointment, and have been kicked over and over by changing the dates! It seems these people are playing with people's health!

Elica sent me a letter in the mail to survey on my recent experience like 3 months ago and I wrote my honest response to the questionnaire, guess what ? after 3 months waiting both of my appointments for dental and medical were cancelled. Why would you do that elica?

terrible service I went for an eye exam, and the lady did not do test on my eyes. She seemed like she didn’t care took me to the room to check my eyes did not even allow me to do testing on letters on what can I see what I cannot see the whole appointment took two minutes ended up getting my Prescription, my whole prescription was completely wrong i had to have a second opinion. all they did was charge my insurance and i want to dispute it.

"Long story short": I managed to carry a baby in my womb from 1 to 9 months in order to get to my FIRST appointment for filling replacement and received a call the day before the appointment that they had appointed the wrong doctor for me and wanted to reschedule it in two months, when I'd no longer be able to come to them, since I would be busy with the newborn. I hope that I will be able to get into the clinic when my newborn child graduates from college.

The only option that was given to me was to come as a walk-in in the early morning at my 9th month of pregnancy and wait for several hours, after 9 months of waiting for an appointment that was canceled due to their fault. No, thanks

What a surprise! Truly wonderful new dental facility, clean and well managed. We had almost zero wait time! The staff and assistants were helpful and courteous. And best of all, Dr. Omar was very thorough with his evaluation, communicated very well with a good amount of detail and answered all my questions. I could not have been happier or more delighted with the excellent quality of service and competency of both the staff and office management of the facility! Bravo Elica - Arden Arcade!!

I have bad experience in this location. I have been suffering from knee pain since eight months ago, and I could not even walk. My doctor was Wahid Pirzai who could not diagnose the problem and he gave up I asked him MRI for my back he didn’t, Which I do not appropriate . All he did was give me pain medication, finally I had to changed my doctor. In the first visit with my new doctor, he found that the problem was in my back not knee. I am not recommending Wahid Pirzai Don't waste your time, only he can help as a translator for whom they don’t know English.

I am giving five stars just for Mallory Tyler. Because she is a really good provider, she follows up on every illness until it gets better.
But I’m giving one star to Provider, Wahid Perzai. I don’t know why Elica Health Center pays him. He’s a liar and he’s not a professional provider. It is better to Google your problem than go and see him. He did something very unprofessional to me that I cannot say in the comment.
