Everyone in the office was so wonderful. I told them I had a lot of anxiety going to the dentist because of a previous bad experience elsewhere and they were so comforting. They went above and beyond by providing me a comfortable neck pillow and blanket to keep me warm and a weighted blanket to help ease my nerves. They applied Vaseline to my lips to make sure they didn’t get dried out and cracked. And they offer nitrous oxide (laughing gas) which I have never had before, and they explained to me in depth about what to expect with it. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Beckley and her team. They give top notch care.

The entire staff here is so friendly and hospitable. They seem to genuinely care about their patients. I come here regularly and I’ve never had a bad experience. I highly recommend, especially if you have any type of fear of dental work. You won’t have anything to be afraid of here. Everyone - the receptionists, the assistants, the hygienists, the orthodontist… they do amazing work!

I am shocked this women still has a practice after all the reviews I have read on Yelp and here. I went to this dentist years ago and she is still frauding clients saying they have more cavities then they actually do. I went to this dentist and she said I had three cavities. Ended up changing dentist and they said I did not have any after a full work up. Makes me sick thinking that this women did 8 fillings on me and a crown. It makes me wonder if I needed any of that work done. Interesting how my dentist now I have been at for years now said the work she did for my crown was poor and she failed to seel many of my fillings correctly. This women thought it was funny when she dropped a drill piece in my mouth when I was completely numb. They could not even get it out and I had to do it with not being able to feel anything. I have never experienced this anywhere else. Talk about negligence. Medical professionals are supposed to be people we trust. We trust them to tell us the truth on the work that needs to be done on our teeth, not lie to pad their pockets. This dentist only cares about what will make her money and not all the unnecessary work she is doing on clients. She has been up to this for years by the way. Her practice has not randomly gone down drain. It's been that was from the start. If I were you, find a dentist you can trust.

For some reason, this review request came to my husband‘s name although it was sent to my email And intended for me. Either way, my visit was spectacular! The dental assistant, x-rayed, floss and polished my teeth, was delightful and very skilled. Claudia, the dental hygienist, is perhaps the best I’ve ever had. And of course, Dr. Beckley is wonderful, smart, caring, and complete. I highly recommend this office for anyone.

Wonderful talented people. If you have any dental challenges this lady dentist goes above and beyond. Easy access to office, short waiting periods and a dentist that knows and takes pride in her education and skillset. That combined with honesty and a straightforward business style make this my kind of place.

Zero Stars - Do Not Recommend

I had been going to Elite for quite a few years and there would occasionally be front office / billing issues. These were a pain but the overall experience was good enough to keep me going. In the last two years or so the issues increased including my insurance not being billed, not receiving a bill for months and then being told I was being sent to collections, issues making appointments, difficulty reaching anyone at the office, etc. Finally last April I changed dental offices. Then two weeks ago I received an email stating I have an outstanding bill for a few hundred dollars. As I said, I haven't been there for months and due to prior issues I made sure to pay my balance at each appointment for the last couple of years. I've called the office on several days at different times but can't get anyone to answer the phone and no one returns my voice mail messages. The next time I'm in town I'll go by the office but it's a bit ridiculous that I can't get a simple call back.

This place is terrible. The wait time is one hour or more. The dentist is just rude. Scheduled two appts for x rays and cleaning. On the second appt after x rays where taken and I had been there for 2 hours, they inform me I need to schedule another appt for teeth cleaning, because hygienist was not there to clean teeth that day. I didn’t schedule another appt. I requested my x rays from them and had another dentist clean my teeth. My insurance company paid Elite Dental for the x rays, but Elite Dental keeps sending me text messages and emails to pay 540.00 balance! Total rip off and they are just looking to get money out of people for work they didn’t perform!
