Very conservative dental work, very nice dental hygienist. Also loved that the front desk was kind, talkative, and knew exactly how much insurance would cover. Upscale office which felt very modern. Overall best of my 3 experiences up in NWA.

This was by far the worst experience I've had. I tried to schedule an appointment for my young daughter, but the staff repeatedly hung up on me several times. When I finally got through, they blatantly refused my fully covered insurance, despite being listed as a Medicaid provider. They wouldn’t accept or offer any assistance, leaving patients to fend for themselves. Benton County has many reputable dental options, so beware—if you’re looking for subpar treatment and a clinic that shows zero respect for patients, this is your place. After I filed a complaint, they tried to backtrack on their lack of help and lies. Thankfully, the Arkansas government is investigating this clinic. It’s long overdue!

Oh my goodness, I can’t say enough good things about England Family Dental! I came across their practice because I was in search of a new dentist since my previous one retired. I was so overwhelmed, as there are so many dentists in the area. After lots of research, I decided to give them a try. And I am so glad I did! The staff members were all SO kind, and so professional. They made the process of transitioning to a new place so seamless. I feel confident that I made the right choice in selecting them, and would absolutely recommend them to anyone. I left with the biggest smile on my face! 🙂
