WORST DENTAL OFFICE!!
My experience with Eureka Dental Group was extremely NEGATIVE!
After x-rays were done they took me into one of the rooms. They told me that the Hygienist would be in shortly then the doctor (Valeriy Denisov) would come in after the cleaning to examine my teeth. It took the Hygienist a long time to do the cleaning, after she was done she told me the Dr. Val would be in to do the exam. So I waited 20 minutes in the room, finally one Of the workers came in and asked if Dr. Had been in to exam me and I told her, "No" he had not come in. She said OH, HE WENT TO LUNCH!!
I was mad after waiting a couple months for my appointment and driving 45 mins for the appointment to have the Dr. Go to lunch without him making an effort to check on his appointment!! How Unprofessional this Dr. Denison is!!
They don't value their patients!! Then they had the gull to ask me to wait an hour!! I refused!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE, IT IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL. I've never ever had that happen before!!!
I will be reporting this office to the American Dental Association!
In the mean time I did make an appointment with another Dental office but once again I have to wait months before an appointment! That sucks

Scheduled a date, came in15 min bf4 2pm which was my appointment time, it took 15 minutes after 2pm 4 them to call my name. Finally they sat me down told me the doctor will be N. It's now past 3pm, a nurse came n & told me it was going to be another 15-20 min, but had the audacity to say you can reschedule. It already took a month. I'm stuck, there's no alternatives, healthcare everywhere is bad. Ask yourselves if you'll continue to put up with this? UPDATE, they sent me a txt that says I can no longer come in because of this review. I don't know how this is even legal.

I have undergone wisdom teeth removal all at once. The doctor and the assist were exceptionally delicate, empathetic, and professional in their area of expertise. Highly recommend the clinic.

Horrible experience. Drove over an hour to be told they can’t see me that day and needed to reschedule. So I rescheduled for the next week, and they text me the day before that my appointment is cancelled because the dentist took the day off. Now I can’t be seen for over a week. Will not be returning.

Friendly staff and my Doctor is amazing. She is so good with my daughter and continuously engage with her while treatment going on. Highly recommend this place, but difficult to get an appointment.

My wife went in and was turned away because she didn’t “confirm” her appointment when she got a text confirming her confirmation. Only reason she went in is because this office didn’t do her filling properly the last time she was in. NEVER GO HERE
