Came in 30 minutes before closing and needed an outfit to wear for a baptism Sunday. The staff Tracey and Diamond were so helpful and patient with me. They helped my husband and I find perfect outfits. The staff if efficient and helpful. The store manager Guillermo also checked in on us to make sure we were taken care of.

I purchased a men's faux leather jacket two years ago. Probably used it all of 6 times over the last 2 winters.. and the outer surface is peeling off in patches !!

I called the store to ask if they can fix it, and the manager I spoke with yesterday wouldn't even hear me out.... she just brushed me off saying they can't do anything. Sounded like she knew what I was calling about.

Bad product, and bad service.

This is the original Express store at the Roosevelt field mall. I'm not sure when they opened another location at the lower level but they're calling that Express Clearance. Last time I went to the original location, I needed to buy a cologne. Asked around and found only 1 that was available. The tester was empty as well. I didn't bother getting it. If I thought about it earlier or had more time I would've gone to the Express Clearance. I remember seeing lots of cologne there a while ago.

Poor customer service at the cashier. Nice store and well maintained. Cashier talking about nonsense with customer and delaying checkout process, so I left.

Horrible customer service. Manager was rude and demeaning. Proceeded to follow me out of the store while whistling after she couldn’t process my return. I have been a long time customer. I will not be returning.

Meh, clothes are nice enough but I really am not a fan of the new styles. The suits look great on me but the material seems cheap compared to suits you buy name brand at macys. Id buy the suits if they were a little cheaper considering. They used to have the best jeans and graphic tees but now it's all boring with express name across each shirt and some random new york stuff. Almost like its tryin too hard to say "we are new yorkers". Bring back the king of prides line, that was a cool line. Used to shop here alot but not anymore. Still got some decent clothes for thin guys though

Manager needs to be fired, didn't let me return an item after I wore it for less than an hour. Manager was very rude and needs to be replaced. She was also on her phone not doing her job for awhile

Let me start off on a positive and say the store has been renovated beautifully and I was anticipating a great shopping experience, this is what the 2 stars are for.
I went in to return a few items and decided to tackle that before i shopped. I know working in customer service we tend to see a lot of questionable things, but there’s a way to handle situations. The girl at the register was very rude and unapproachable. I proceeded with taking out my items for return (all unworn and with tags.) She seemed to already have a chip on her shoulder. She picked up the first item (which I didn’t even try on) looked at me and asked me if I wore the clothes. I told her no and she looked at me and with an attitude asked me if I’m sure! I firmly said no and kept silent throughout the rest of the transaction. I’m not a confrontational person, but her behavior was completely unwarranted and very disrespectful. Her behavior turned me off and I decided not to buy anything from this location. As I was exiting the store I decided to speak to a manager because her behavior really bothered me. I addressed the situation with him and he was apologetic. I don’t know if he spoke to her about it, but I sure hope he did. I love express and have been a customer for years, but with employees like her I wouldn’t want to give them a penny of my money.
