I will start by saying I am a dental chicken, I am afraid of the dental office so my oral hygiene was very neglected. I had pulled some front teeth in 2019 BEFORE the pandemic thinking I would get partial dentures. I didn't go back to that dentist but instead found EZY Dental in Long Beach. I found that my medical insurance covered dental so I made some calls to find the right dentist. I went to meet them and I got my x-rays done. Next was deep cleaning and then a treatment plan was put in place. Yesterday I got my impressions done for the partial, had a couple of filling to save the teeth I have so I survived! I was allowed to have my soothing music on to keep me calm, if I got too anxious, I was allowed a break. Thank you Staff at EZY Dental. I will promise to take the advice given. I'm excited to recover my smile.

I'm sure everyone had anxiety over getting their wisdom teeth pulled at some point. I definitely did. But as I arrived I was greeted warmly, checked in on by staff, and the doctor herself. They made me comfortable letting me listen to music to relax during my procedure. I was so worked up and expecting the pain, the doctor was in and out before I switched to the 3rd song on my list. Fast, efficient and calm. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Dr. Mina for an amazing experience!

This clinic has been recently acquired and they are rude, in particular the big lady, just terrifying my older daughter with the treatment, making offensive comments!
My toddler had an appointment as well and was barely seen.
I mentioned to have Medi-Cal and they tried to sell me treatments, they seemed to be offended when I declined.
The positive reviews of this clinic are old when it was run by a different doctor and different staff

My experience at EZY Dental was by far one of the best experiences I had. The doctor took his time to explain my treatment, and why it was necessary. Overall I recommend seeing doctor Carrasco, as for his staff they are nice and professional. The receptionist Candy helped give me information on my insurance and the assistant Lupe was professional and took the time to do my cleaning my teeth felt amazing! She also took the time to explain the importance of aftercare at home. Thank you Dr. Carrasco and staff for your services! 🙂

The staff was very nice and professional. I was very disappointed with my visit however. I am an adult with Medi-Cal insurance. I mention this because it is very important as to the way I was treated, and the services I would never receive. The dentist (Dr. Carrasco) I believe, just examined my teeth for two minutes, and said he could not replace my fillings because they were too large. He was only interested in doing the crowns which were not covered by Medi-Cal. Then the dental tech did a three-minute polishing of my teeth, and called it a cleaning. I have seen many, many dentists, and this was definitely low quality work.I would not recommend going here if you are an adult with Medi-Cal. I feel I would have been treated better with quality work if I had private insurance. I think this is fraud, since they say they accept Medi-Cal, but refuse services covered by Medi-Cal, and basically just brushed my teeth and charged for a cleaning.

This is so far the best dentist place I've been to it is so comfortable it really feels like home and everyone who works here is really nice and caring. the job is always quick and i never have to wait too long maybe a 5 min wait or less

This place is so friendly, has the patience to explain every treatment and take care. In special Dr Carrasco, who knows what is the best for you. I am really recommend this clinic.
