I have always had trouble finding a caring and exceptional dentist until I came across Dr.Faktor . I googled top 10 dentist in NYC and he was in that list. I then googled top 5 dentist in NYC and Dr.Faktor was there and I decided to make an appointment. This was the best decision I made. Dr.Faktor cares for all his patients. He’s never in a rush and is always eager to chat and figure out a treatment plan based on your concerns. The staff has amazing customer service. They’re polite and efficient. I truly feel at home when visiting his office. The environment is welcoming and clean. And the view is magnificent! I would recommend Dr.Faktor to anyone….10/10 service!

I had an excellent experience at Dr. Faktor’s office. Everyone from the front desk reception, to the dental hygienist, and the doctor, were super helpful, personable, knowledgeable and the doctor had great bedside manner. It was a great experience and I left wanting to come back again! The offices are very pretty and great view as well!

I was really impressed with my experience at FaktorDMD Dental Office. Before going there, I went to a few consultations with other dentists, but I wasn't satisfied with the service. As soon as I met Dr. Faktor, I felt extremely comfortable, and I could tell he genuinely cared about me as a patient. Both the Dr. and staff have really good energy. I didn't feel rushed through the process which was extremely important for me. Dr. Faktor took his time to explain my treatment plan, and walked me through the process answering all of my questions. I left the office knowing for sure I found my dentist. The office is modern, bright, clean and beautifully designed. The massaging dental chair was such a pleasant surprise. I've already recommended him to a few of my friends. His smile (he has awesome teeth), and demeanor had me sold. I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment because I know I will be in good hands.
