I always have the best experience in the office! I called Monday to see if a filling had fallen out (from almost 10years ago) and they got me in right away for a quick fix. Dr. Harris and his team were so considerate and made sure my whole experience was comfortable and painless. I would recommend Family Dental Center to anyone in the NWA area.

By far the worst experience in a dental office I've ever had. Although the staff is friendly, it doesn't make up for all that went wrong. The first time I went in for a filling and crown the person , who was not the dentist, didn't numb me correctly. I had pain halfway through the procedure and the dentist had to stop and inject more in the correct place. This was only the beginning. The temporary crown was hurting so I went back in. They adjusted, but it didn't fix it. I asked for the permanent crown but they didn't want to put it on in case I required a root canal. Went to endodontist twice and both times they said a root canal wasn't needed. Bottom line I had over 10, yes over ten, appointments for the same tooth without remedy. I eventually ended up getting a root canal since the dentist said 99 percent of the time pain indicates a root canal is needed and after 10 appointments I was done. The endodontist said I didn't test that I needed one but if I got fed up we could do one. After so many appointments I just paid the over $400 and had it done. Low and behold after the root canal I had the same exact discomfort even after almost two weeks. I went in and they took off the temp and cleaned it up and put it back on. Finally whatever they did fixed it. All along something on the bottom of the temp was gouging my gums. I also had the temporary come off several times, once it came off twice in the same day, even after them putting it back on. Nobody should have to have this many appointments for one tooth. I will not be returning and do not recommend. UPDATE: I called the office per the response, and no resolution was made. I got a "sorry you had a bad experience" from the office manager.

Had been seeing Dr. Bob Tinnin since, I think 1997 there about until he retired. Great group of people and some still there since way back speaks to the organization. I still go there and have no real complaints except just take a sweater in the summer but they do have blankets and are happy to accommodate ?. Dr. Imboden is my dentist now and has done very well the few times I've seen him. Thank you Family Dental Center!

Danys has been my dental hygienist for close to 30 years. You’ll be hard pressed to find a better one. Dr. Imboden, and his assistant, Sunshine, likewise. Highly recommend.

TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!! Worst dental office I’ve ever been to. Not sure how Dr. Johnson got his license but it should be taken away. Came in to get a bite guard and a filling and left with a quote for a root canal (which I obviously didn’t need cuz I got a 2nd opinion). He stabbed my tongue when giving numbing medicine, doesn’t give filings properly, and is very unprofessional. Never go to this chain dental office they will rob you and give you the worst service possible. They don’t take insurance and will overcharge you to the max. Will repost again because they delete reviews.

Over a thousand dollar copay to be lied to and in pain.

Every day i wake up in pain because they didn’t want to remake my tooth replacement (it is too big, i grind my teeth at night).

They told me they did, made me wait extra weeks; actually remade one in my mouth, took a casting, and my guess is never did anything with the second one, as it is not in my mouth. When i requested the other one they told me to “shut up.” they didn’t even care to numb me when replacing my tooth.

Go anywhere else or bring someone to witness if you want to be treated with dignity as a very young woman.

If you use a different name than your birth name, they will attempt to escape accountability, be sure not to get married lol.

Absolutely the best dental place in NWA. Friendly staff and they always make you feel comfortable. From the front desk to the hygienist/assistants, they always remember you and do amazing work!! Dr. Johnson is amazing and I’m fortunate to have a dentist like him. He is also amazing with kids! The only dentist that could fix a chipped tooth that has held up to the wear and tear of an 11 year old.
