I have been at patient of Dr. Patel's since 2019 and I cannot say enough good things about this entire dental office. From the personal touches of their reception team and friendly faces, like Alejandra, everytime I walk in quickly sets the tone for each appointment. Their hygienists, like Sebastian, are highly educated and work with consideration and a gentle approach. And lastly, Dr. Patel always listens to my needs and only recommends work that is necessary. I recently visited the office for an extraction and a future dental health plan. Everyone at this office was extremely kind and made me feel so comfortable,from the front desk to dental asst. to Dr. Patel. I’m so glad I decided to choose them for my dental care! I need to periodically come on here and write a review. I have been a patient of Dr. Patel since he took over the practice from Dr. Swanson many years ago. He takes wonderful care of my teeth. His staff is amazing and they make you feel like family. I recommend them to anyone especially if you have a fear of dentists. And Tracy bills my insurance and she's very honest.

I’ve been a patient for a number of years. Dr Patel is very good. I have a bit of a dental phobia and he has a calming and Level personality which works for me. He is not drill happy but gives me my options which I appreciate. Office is run very capably by Tracy. Hygienists have been excellent. Love Alyssa - quick, gentle and thorough. I’ve come here on a recommendation from a girlfriend and have not regretted my decision over many years. Would strongly recommend!

Recently, my brother went for his initial exam at this practice. We had already known prior to him going that he was going to need a crown so that did not come as a surprise what did come as a surprise is the unethical billing and treatment planning by this practice, they are contracted with insurances, but what they do is they withhold procedure codes from the insurance is in order to upsell the patients. I'm saying this with all the knowledge about dental insurances because I too, am an insurance coordinator for 26 years. The office manager, Tracy is completely unprofessional and rude, which sets the tone for the entire practice. If you have visited this practice and paid more than 50% of your crown, knowing that your insurance covers it at 50% it's because they withhold procedure codes. I personally would reach out to my insurance company with the actual procedure codes to find out if there is any coverage on them before proceeding with this practice. I'm so disappointed due to their unethical practice. I will be reaching out to the Florida dental commission☹️
