I went there twice. The first time was before work, I was scheduled for 11am, waited for like 40min and nobody showed up… so I rescheduled it, then second time was fast but I didn’t feel very comfortable, I had a bad feeling about this place, telling me to not start the treatment there. Few days later a friend called me and shared a terrible experience she had with them! I also notice that the treatment was expensive…

Their customer service is horrible make you feel uncomfortable is way too expensive Dr. Freeman was nice and his assistant but the other two horrible experience not going back because of the treatment.

Staff not very friendly, Dr freeman seems to be ok, but his staff needs to be trained in customer service and professionalism. I found a different dentist because of his staff.

I scheduled for a cleaning, their cleaning hygienist was out sick - it happens, but i should have been rescheduled... i got x-rays, not what i scheduled or rearranged my day for... everyone is very nice, otherwise.

I’ve been going here for 3 years for dental cleanings, fluoride treatments, x-rays, and dental exams, so most of my interactions have been with the dental hygienist (I think her name is Ashley?). She is the best! Super friendly, always explains everything she’s doing which I appreciate, and frequently asks if anything if sensitive or painful during the cleaning. The rest of the staff is also professional and the office is very clean.

Dr. Freeman and his staff are friendly and personable! He is kind and willing to explain things thoroughly. Having no insurance, I'm thankful for the reduced cost. Their office is also beautiful and very clean. Thank you!

Our family has been very pleased with Dr. Freeman and his staff at Family Dentistry. They're on top of our dental needs, and each visit has been very pleasant. Dr. Freeman does an excellent job and takes time to explain every needed procedure. His staff is very professional and friendly.
