If you are looking for any form of therapy please look elsewhere. The provider i have seen only 2 times. First time she wrote a completely different narrative than what I said and then put down she questions my authenticity. Seriously. I'm an OCD with Compulsive truth. Yet apparently I'm not truthful. Then redacted the statement and put down Confirmed bipolar 2 when 3 psychiatrists i have had and had have stated otherwise but apparently a therapist knows better. Only reason a 2 star is due to i found a PCP whom is really good. Just doesn't return messages.

I have been to this site for many doctors, most of them have been great, the front desk staff have been great. BUT, I do not recommend seeing Dr Mamidi for gynecology. She removed my IUD and was horrible through the entire process, to the point I made a complaint. She shamed me for wanting any kind of pain management, then though after the removal she told me "anything to do with the cervix is painful". She would only even talk about lidocaine shots to the cervix when it came to pain management, which she said she does not do. She said she didn't want me to think she was going against the CDCs recommends (that pain management be used with IUD insertion and removal) but at the same time she was adimit that she would not even consider any pain management and if I was worried, I should take ibuprofen. She tried to pressure me to have it removed on my consultation appointment, even though I told her I had a bad experience having my IUD inserted and wanted someone to drive me there for my removal appointment. At my actual removal appointment, she kept saying, "Because you were so ... last time" or "you were so ... last time" never saying what I was last time, but it was implied. After removal, which I showed obvious signs of pain during and after, she took the stirrups immediately. Forcing me to get up immediately, which made me very light-headed. She immediately said "see it wasn't that bad" "lidocaine shots would have hurt much worse" ,I said "it hurt" and she said "anything to do with the cervix hurts". I looked like I was going to pass out, so she had me lay down and she left the room looking uncomfortable. I would have switched doctors after my consultation if I hadn't needed my IUD out asap due to problems it was causing me. Also, I have heard from other women that Dr Mamidi shames unmarried women for having sex. If she has such strong beliefs, she should keep them to herself and/or find a different profession. Overall, Dr Mamidi was a solid 1/5 stars. But I gave 3/5 stars because there are a lot of good doctors at this site and the front desk staff is very nice. I switched to Women's Specialty Group for gynecology, because I also had a very negative experience with Dr Hirwe from the Oaks site.

Extremely disappointed. My child has needed care from a specialist and I was told by her provider Samantha that it would get done. Almost a month has passed, I've called multiple times and was told she hasn't even made an order for it. I dnt appreciate the lack of commitment from this provider to do her job task fully.

I live very close to this location hence why i take my children here. there is one Doctor that has been very unprofessional and called my teen daughter fat. All other doctors, I or my children have seen have been very nice and very kind. The staff upfront that greets you unfortunately isn’t so nice there is a senior secretary or not sure what their title is but it seems like her attitude rubs off on the rest of the staff, and comes off as very arrogant and rude and kind of belittles the patients that come in, regardless who they are just because most of the patients that come in here are low income, doesn’t mean you have to treat them the way that you do. It’s unfortunate that in this world that we live in today, even your own kind or people of the same race will treat their own people with disrespect, and belittle them, knowing we all have the same ethnic background. we are all people and your staff needs to be better educated on customer service because it’s very apparent that they lack in that very severely.

Claudia was suppose to do my fillings and rescheduled on me the day I had my appointment, and now when I make an appt they want me to wait 3 months for something that should of been taken care of 4 months ago?! And they hang up on you every time you try to make an appt. Her assistant had the suction tube hanging in my tube instead of holding it and I almost choked on my spit when I was telling them to stop and they were too busy talking about their weekend with my mouth open while drilling.

We came all the way from Hanford. They had scheduled an appointment for my dad for November. We get here they tell us he can’t be seen until December because that’s when his insurance will cover it. Then why did y’all schedule him an appointment for November if he wasn’t going to be able to be seen?so I wasted my gas and time to come all the way over here for nothing! Y’all need to do better! Pay attention when you schedule appointments so you don’t make people come and waste their time and gas🤦🏻‍♀️😡

Such a horrible facility. Took my daughter there and they never put in record of her six month shots and now she has to get them once again. They don’t inform you on anything, and left me to find out she was missing shots by another facility. Keep in mind, that they stay giving you the run around about getting back to you, and they never do. Just in the end for them to say there is nothing they can do. Don’t recommend any parents to take their children there. Very unorganized & unprofessional.
