First time ever, very disappointed with interaction with care provider. I've been with Family Medicine for over 35 years. The front desk staff excellent, very friendly and helpful. Response time to request and return calls excellent. New care provider not comfortable with this person at all. Our first encounter together no proper introduction nor did they ask anything of my history. I understand I was there for lab review but i feel a proper introduction and brief touch on my health history should of been addressed. As i began I have always been impressed with family medicine front desk and care providers until now. Front area staff still excellent. New provider not impressed at all

I've been a well cared for patient at this clinic for more than 15 years. My PCP recently retired ... requiring me to start services with a new physician. The first appointment went very well and my follow-up appointment today was great.

My 12 year old daughter saw Dr. Nathan Davenport for a cold. He was absolutely attentive to her and helped us well. She recovered. A week later I had my annual physical with our PCP Dr. Mindy Udell. She is always thorough, professional and extremely informative.

I was meeting with Dr. Heather Morphy who is a temporary doctor here. From the minute that I walked in the door where the reception was quick the say hello and get me checked in to the medical staff who did the stats and to get updated medical info then to meet with the doctor…my visit was quick, professional, efficient and they met my needs in minutes. I was very impressed! Thumbs up to the entire team!

I was able to see Nichole Bosma as a walk in patient. The front staff were kind and efficient on getting me in same day. Nichole listened to my concerns, reviewed my prior history, physical examination, and promptly ordered some testing. All went well. Much appreciated!

I have always had positive interactions with staff and Dr. Kaplan. This visit I met with Nicole Bosma. She was great. I wish Dr. Kaplan the best in retirement but will miss his compassion and understanding greatly.

When you find out you have heart calcifications and your Dr refuses to send you for a calcium score or give referral to cardiologist, run. Took a year to get different drs, who immediately sent me for a calcium score, that was so high my current Dr got me right in to see a cardiologist, who then tells me the current statin would never be sufficient, switched and doubled amount of meds. I feel lucky to have even survived until now. PCPs are not cardiologists and don't ever let them tell you otherwise, they don't know what they are doing.
