Coustomer service is trash I am really upset and don’t know what to do at this point. I have been trying to get In contact with the Fayetteville location for a transfer from there Woodstock location since the beginning of the month as well as there customer service representatives can’t even get in contact with the office . They have left several emails/ notes on my file and have attempted to reach out the the office multiple times nobody has responded to me ! The last representative told me I should go up there because nobody responded to her like It is ridiculous I work everyday and I have to go out of my way to go up an office for an appointment when I should be able to reach them by phone . I am at the ending of my treatment highly upset because I been expressing for over a year how I no longer attend at the Woodstock location and they try to charge me a $200 transfer fee when the Woodstock doesn’t even work on my type of braces and I can’t get In contact with anyone at Fayetteville ! It. Seems like if you leave a review it’s the only time they will respond so this is my last resort!!!!

I scheduled my son an appointment with the fayetteville location and I’m very disappointed with my experience. I was quoted a price for my sons braces which was 1,000 over a previous quote I received. I was told my insurance is only covering 3400 although his policy for orthodontics covers 5,000. I was told I would have to put money down although his insurance covers 5,000 of the 6,000 I was quoted but somehow they came up with a discount of 800 and 3400 to be paid out by my insurance. I contacted my insurance co and they told me no pre-approval had been submitted nor a claim that would generate a coverage amount, so they lied about what my insurance co would authorize for my sons treatment. I believe they aimed to get money upfront by lying about the full amount my insurance would cover and intentionally quoted excessively to exceed the coverage amount. My mother took my son to his appointment and I was told via text that she received copies of his xrays and consultation although she didn’t receive anything. I have reached out to get my sons records and they have yet to email his records as I have asked several times. My consulation was a total dissapointment and waste of time…also, you cannot get in contact with the office directly which is a hassle.

I am beyond happy with my treatment plan & results in just 9 short months (still have a ways to go but wowww)!! Also staff is very friendly, attentive & knowledgeable & for me that’s a big factor these days! If you are looking for an orthodontist please look no further this is your place!!

Best customer service I have received from a dental office. Stephanie Robinson, is so professional and friendly she is patient and gentle. She is great at holding conversations and always remember your face.

The environment is warm, friendly, welcoming and very clean. I would recommend everyone to this place, you won’t regret it. The doctors always have a smile on their faces, which is welcoming and put you at ease.
