I started as a new patient on July 13 of 2023. I bought a plan for $1113 which included 2 cleanings and take- home whitening trays, along with a discount for the crown I needed. At the next appointment the work for the crown was done and I went home with a temporary crown. Two hours later, the crown fell out!! I went back again that day and the tech re- cemented the temporary. To no avail, it fell out AGAIN! After 2 weeks without a temporary, when I returned, I told them I did not want that tech to work on me. Another tech put the permanent crown in and I’ve not had any problems since. I had a cleaning in November of 2023, then they scheduled another cleaning for six months later. the office called to cancel that appointment and rescheduled me for September 12th of 2024, which seemed like a long time. I went to the office today, and they told me I would need to pay for the cleaning since my membership had expired. I complained and questioned why they scheduled me out so far then. The office manager came to the front and abruptly stated, “your membership has expired, no cleanings.” I walked out and I’ll NEVER be back.

I see Dr. Stroope for ortho and Dr. Trogden for regular dental. They are both so kind and patient. They both always answer any questions or concerns and are very good with communication. I’ve never had any problems with either side and love getting to see them! They also have another Dr. Dr Eason who always greets me if we pass in the hall! Good vibes all the way around here!!

I set up an appointment for a consultation about permanent retainers, which I was assured would be possible on the phone. I went to and paid for the consultation. After that I tried making an appointment for the retainers, which is a service that is no longer available according to the orthodontics office. Unfortunately, this was a waste of time and money. It’s the definition of a scam.

Update: I called and even went in person to speak with the office manager about refunding my fee. I was told she was busy or “working on the issue.” I left my number, again, and have not been contacted or refunded. Please avoid this dishonest business.

My family will no longer be returning here as patients.

My wife tried calling to get our two year old daughter an appointment scheduled and was told 4:30pm Wednesday 9/11. She proceeds to take off work early, check our daughter out of daycare, and drive the 25+ minutes to arrive on time to the appointment and was told there was no appointment. Extremely frustrated and disheartened by the lack of professionalism or care. I was standing in the room while she was on the phone scheduling it.

These folks have bad billing practices, don’t communicate with customers on obvious issues with billing codes and procedures, and prioritize getting paid the maximum possible amount over long-term customer relationships. Apparently the dentist has his mother running the place, and they should hire someone else based on our experience and other experiences.

My wife and I won’t be back.

These folks are awesome! I hadn't been to the dentist in over 10 years, and needed a fair amount of work done. Dr. Eason and Lora are total BA's! They're easy and nice to talk to, their work is excellent and quick. And they put up with all my questions! The pricing is good, and they set me up with an easy payment plan. All of the ladies that I've met up front are Super sweet and fun to talk to, and even though I've only been in about 4 times they all seem to recognize me! Glad I found this place!
