I been a patient of Dr. Farris for almost 10 years. This is back when Dr. Kobuish was still with us. Drew and his staff are highly professional and competent. I decided to make an investment on my dental health before retirement. This was absolutely worth it. This time we went in because my retainer was lose and we saw Dr. Quinn. They took care of my retainer and re-glued it completely. It feels like New and strong again. Very pleased with Dr. Drew and Quinn.

Great staff, great results, easy to schedule. My child had lots of crowding. Palatal expander, followed by Invisalign, now just a night retainer. All without pain. His big teeth are straight in his beautiful smile, and Ferris will continue to monitor as he grows and adult teeth continue to come in.

Dr Ferris and Dr Quinn have both been fantastic doctors. I’ve had braces before and this experience has been more pleasant. The assistants and office staff are extremely nice. The office is beautiful with all of the latest state of the art equipment. I know I’m getting the best treatment. Super pleased with how my smile looks

I really wanted to love this place because many told me it was the best place in town. I originally went in and was told I’d only need Invisalign for three months. My treatment went on for 2+ years mainly because of their scheduling, they are completely booked and schedule appointments 2-3 months out. At the end of my treatment I was not satisfied with my results and was asked to pay more for another round of treatment. It just seems unfair, I have spent so much time attending these appointments. Sometimes at my own expense; having to miss work for appointments scheduled during work hours (these are the only times they ever have available). I even called and gave them my insurance info to see if they’d cover the cost (my plan includes ortho). I never got a call back. I’ve had to put in way too much effort to get my teeth aligned for a treatment that was only supposed to last 3 months. Unfortunately I’ll have to find another place that values my time and money.

Received a free consultation, employees were friendly. X-ray/Scan was done by a young lady named Daniela, she was sweet and gentle. I really appreciated that because I am really sensitive when it comes to gag reflex. Would highly recommend to keep Ferris Orthodontic Group in mind or even to get a second opinion.
