Having a child with special needs, we deal with dme companies all the time. We went through 3 before landing with Finnegan. They are the ONLY company that has sent us shipments every month and on time. If I an order incorrect, they had the correct items shipped out either that same day or the very next day. They listen when I call and help anyway they can. We will continue to use them for all of our needs!

Don’t use this company! I ask if supply’s were at no charge to me, they agreed, yes no charge.
Just received a bill for $60. They shipped me 2-3 huge boxes of items for a 100 lb female. I ordered them for 140lb man.
I’m not happy with this company! Bad business practices!

Horrible! They called and said they would send Kate Farms to my son with autism. He refuses anything else, and they want him to drink a cheaper pediatric shake. He won't drink it. He will starve himself before he will switch. It will take months of therapy to switch over, and they don't offer that either. They just abruptly stop the only thing my son will take nutritionally. This will put him in the hospital. Terrible! **** Let me add after their poor response that they didn't bother to call me that my son's shakes weren't coming. They called me and said the shakes were on the way. I'm in between private insurance companies with a new job, and they cut my son's shakes during the summer. How about I come to your house and tell you that your child can not eat food anymore and can just starve to death, too bad, so sad. You wouldn't want your child to starve either. You are a horrible group of people the way you handled this. I found out from my son's doctor, not you that you weren't supplying it. If I could give you zero stars I would. You gave us no time to make new plans for my son. He's been in the hospital twice, and you are Fired. I don't want your business. And I called your number to tell you this. I don't need your poor excuses. Kate Farms was made for a reason. My son only drinks Kate Farms for a reason, and I don't need you.

My daughter gets her nutritional needs through Finnegans. She is tube fed with a feeding pump. She is unable to eat any other way. Her feeding pumped stopped working. I called the company to get a replacement and was told that they had one in the office but I had to pay them $200 to BORROW it. I don’t have that kind of money. My daughter has two insurances that would pay for the pump 100%. She said it would be about 30 days till they got a pre authorization before they can order a new pump. According to my child’s doctor you guys should already have all the pre authorizations in place!! HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO FEED MY LITTLE GIRL? I’m panicking right now. Your company told me they have a pump I can use right now in the office but said I had to give them money to borrow it That’s unethical. When this happened with our previous companies they would get one out to me immediately, no money exchanged. I just had to sign some papers, give them the broken pump and they handed me a new one. I’m very very disappointed in how this was handled. We have been with this company for a couple years and never had an issue until now. Finnegans knowingly left me without the means to feed my child. KNOWING they were my only option of getting the pump replaced and they didn’t care! There should be better protocol for emergency situations like this when needed medical equipment breaks down!!!! Now I’m left with having to admit my daughter into a hospital that’s hours away from me just so she can be fed. I can’t trust that Finnegans will be there for my daughter to fix issues in times when we need them most. So disappointed.

I am so grateful and thankful for Finnegan’s. They have been so very helpful and supportive. No matter what my dad needs they help us get it. They get the prescription from his doctor for us for something new that he might need. They call him every month checking to see if he is good with the amount of items he gets every month that they ship him. They are a really great company to deal with, they care about their customers and go the extra mile to make sure they have everything they need.

Finnegan’s Health Services and Sarah has ALWAYS been consistent, smooth, dedicated and caring to our patient needs and medical supplies. ALWAYS on time!
Sarah is amazing at keeping up with monthly time lines and prescription renewals and all of our needs. We appreciate the high level of care in supplying everything we need for our 11 year old child’s health.
