I hope they have changed. I went here in my early 20s in 2012 and without explanation or really any customer service they told me I had 10 teeth that needed fillings with many teeth having 2 affected surfaces/sides. I needed to spend 2,000 asap. I never went back and stopped going to the dentist for a very long time. I recently found a place a friend highly recommend. Thinking I needed multiple root canals by this point. Nope. I needed one filling. The rest are stains and needed a deep cleaning. This is insane that these doctors had such a difference in a treatment plan. Unethical. And I see other comments say the same. Trust your gut and get another opinion if you feel you are being manipulated in handing over money. And do your research and ask questions to fully understand what is suggested.

Amazing service clean Environment, and wonderful staff, they take such great care of me and are a pleasure to be around. Everyone from Dr Prost himself all the way to the front desk is super friendly and caring, prices were fair and they accepted my insurance which i confirmed over the phone and through my provider BEFORE coming. on top of it after both of my appts for fillings (right and left side separate) Dr Prost himself called me and checked on me each time, and the work was excellent. My mouth feels healthy again! 6/5 STARS!

My family and I have been coming here for years for our dental needs. Dr Probst and his staff are awesome and very friendly. I don't have dental insurance so I purchase a program through them called the smile makers program. It gives you 2 cleanings per year plus X-rays and evaluations. Plus it entitles you to 15% off all treatments that you may need. The program costs $299 for the year which is about what I would probably pay if I had dental insurance. Tiffany does my families dental cleanings and she is a very sweet person and very gentle. My husband has a phobia about going to the dentist but Tiffany explained everything as she went along and was very positive and gentle with his cleaning. Yesterday I chipped my tooth and called the office and they worked me in to get it fixed that same day. If you are looking for a good dental office I would recommend Fletcher Heights Dental.

Their staff is wonderful and so is their care. The issue lies with my partner Andy and their deceitfulness. See he has insurance and gave it to them on his first visit. He was charged roughly $200. Ridiculous right? He never questioned it but they also never informed him that they didn't take his insurance. So he continued to see them and pay upwards of $1000. He referred me but thankfully I realized what had happened and didn't come. What I'm saying is make sure they take your insurance because they won't tell you.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Colleen was wonderful on the phone getting me scheduled. Dr Barber did a phenomenal job with my bonding with the help of his kind assistant Dee. He really listened to exactly what I wanted and even worked through lunch to get the job done right. I am very grateful and as a physician myself, I was quite impressed.

Doc Probst, you are awesome, front desk horrible. I had an important work meeting come up and had to cancel 24 hours prior. She charged me $150 because she said the policy was 48 hours. I told her if you charge me that the wife and I are going elsewhere. She responded by stating well that's our policy and do what you need to do. Well guess what, I have an appointment tomorrow with the new dentist. Sorry......

Dr. Prost and his staff are always very courteous and professional. I have got multiple procedures done here and never have any complaints on pain or discomfort It's always a good day when I go visit the dentist.

Even if I have to travel a little bit to get to him it's definitely worth it. They come highly recommended if you're looking for a dentist

Great atmosphere and wonderful staff.

I started as a new patient at Fletcher Heights dental care about 4 months ago. I had been driving across town to my dentist and it was time to find someone closer to home. In that 4 months I have had my wisdom teeth pulled (put that off for way too long) and a intense cleaning (probably put that off for too long as well).

Appointments started right on schedule, the staff was informative, and friendly and the dentist was personable and professional.

As good as a trip to the dentist can be,
