Dr. Foltz and his team are the best. Mariah and Abby at the front desk are always professional and welcoming. During my procedure and follow up appointment I was treated with the utmost respect. His entire staff were kind, efficient and they even made me laugh when I was nervous. Maria, Brittany, Vincent and Sarah worked so well together to help with my injections, they made me feel comfortable because they were nice and competent. Lois and Kyra were thorough and amazingly sweet during my follow up. Dr Foltz is always present and engaged in my care. He offers the most up to date procedures and my regenerative medicine therapy has been super successful. If any one has a bad experience with Dr Foltz or his team, they must be doing something really wrong.

Although I live over 30 minutes from the Dunn Ave. office, it is worth my drive! I have been visiting this team of professionals for many years and I would not have it any other way. I always feel as though they value my time and listen whole-heartedly to my concerns/problems. I have gained more than just simple Dr. visits there, I have also gained a new mindset that has been more beneficial than anything. They are an Incredible group of people starting at the front desk all the way to the last lady you check out with and I’d highly recommend them to anyone who is seeking this type of medical guidance.

If I could give a 0 I would. My husband’s appointment was at 2:15 and here we are an hour later and we still have not been called. When I ask when will he be seen, I was told he had 2 patients ahead of him, really?!!! My husband was told not to eat anything after 6:30 am and on top of that he had a 4 hour dialysis treatment. This was totally unacceptable on so many levels. We will be looking for another doctor office where they know not to triple book their patients. Be late for your appointment and see how much you’ll be charged.

Dr. Foltz has a great team. He’s a great doctor and the staff is wonderful....

.. now only if I could get through to them. They have an answering service that actually does them a disservice. It’s hard as hell to get through and make appointments. I leave messages and we play phone tag for a week. We should not have these kind of problems, consistently. Update/ I believe the phone systems have been updated however it still can be an inconvenience at times during certain days.

Love Dr Jimenez and his PA Alex Pujol. I have been a patient of Alex’s for over 20 years. The physician’s and staff treat you like you are a family member. I have a complicated medical history and they are very patient, take time to explain everything and make sure you are knowledgable about your visit before you leave.

I do not recommend Dr. Foltz. He doesn't listen to your concerns and health needs. His goal is to take control, and make decisions without working with his patients. As of 2/18/21, I was retaliated on due to this post. I received a certified letter from dr.foltz to reinterrate me being discharged. He also kindly stated that he will offer me a 30 day refill of my meds while exploring another doctor. Well, he lied about the 30 day supply of meds. I followed up with him today regarding my refill at his office. He made me sit in the lobby waiting for over 2 hours, and he had only a few patients if they were all there to see him. His nurse finally came out to tell me that my last month supply of meds was the 30 day supply, and she made a courtesy call to my PCP to give me a 30 day supply. I spoke with my PCP, and she informed me that no one contacted her or left a message. This is deceitful. , and unprofessional to treat people like this.

I have enjoyed getting to know Dr. Foltz as a physician and that he takes the time to listen to my concerns. What is so nice is that the whole staff cares and it show's from the front desk all the way thru. I know that I am in great hands with this knowledgeable staff and better yet know that Dr. Foltz is taking the time to address and treat my current concerns. Pain management can be a tricky specialty however, I have found a physician that is willing to find the right treatment for me and has taken the time and willingness to research my condition to improve my quality of life. Florida Pain and Spine has been blessed having such a great physician.

Dr. Foltz saved my right hand and possibly my career. After coming down with an aggressive case of a painful nerve disease (CRPS) that many other doctors couldn't adequately treat, I found Dr. Foltz and his staff. They treated me with the care and concern of a family. Within two months I have the use of my hand and greatly reduced pain. I can't thank them enough. They are professional, extremely knowledgeable, and welcoming. Without them, I fully believe that I would be completely disabled and have enduring extreme pain. I can't thank them enough or say enough positive things about them. They are just the best. I am blessed to have found them.
