Dr Christopher chan's office is incompetent to the point of being on the verge of Mal practice.
Update: along with a procedure that Dr. Chan performed we were told it was important to take antibiotics to prevent infection. When we were about to leave the office we were given a bag. I asked where the prescription was. I was told that the prescription was in the bag. When we got home there was no prescription. When we tried to call Dr. Chan's office it was closed due to the holiday weekend. We could not get in touch with Dr. Chan's office until Monday morning, by witch time infection had set in and damaging and painful inflation had occured. When I got to Dr. Chan's office to get the prescription, I was told there was no harm done, which was false. I will never use Dr. Chan not his office again. Dr. Chan charges premium prices for incompetent service which caused harm.
