After moving to Irvine, CA from Lynnwood, WA, I was looking out for a reliable dentist. Luckily, I found Dr. Chang and his team at Formosa Dental Arts. Not only are they within my insurance network, but also they mentioned my dental insurance is excellent, allowing us to schedule free teeth cleanings every quarter.

Dr. Chang is friendly and detail-oriented, and his team members are highly professional. They assisted me with deep cleaning and a dental implant procedure, both of which went smoothly. The crowns they provide come with a 5-year warranty, and Dr. Chang even helped me redo mine for free. It's wonderful.

My wife also had an old crown issue, and their team handled her procedure nicely. They provide dental care for children too. Dr. Chang noticed an issue with my kids' teeth and referred us to Simply Orthodontics in Irvine for further investigation. Now, my kids are undergoing treatment and wearing Invisalign.

If you're looking for a reliable dentist, Dr. Chang is your best option. Highly recommended!

10/10. I’d highly recommend this place. The staff is friendly, and my dentist, Emily, is professional, patient, gentle, and lovely. She always ensured I got my questions answered and even offered to check my kids’ X-rays if I needed a second opinion. Emily is also fluent in Taiwanese if you or your parents are more comfortable speaking Taiwanese. Another dentist, Ryan (?), is also very patient with answering questions. I was there and overheard him talking to the patients. I had been to search for a new dentist in OC and tried three other places with no luck. Some other places would ask you to do exams or laboratory tests that you don’t need at all or exaggerate about cavities. My dentist, Emily, always helps out by monitoring and doing treatments when needed.

Extremely caring, thorough, and pleasant experience. I came in as a new patient, got a set of x-rays and cleaning done. Dr. Emily gave a very clear walk-through of my teeth and answered all the questions I had.

I really appreciated their honesty. They did not sell me anything that I didn’t need. This was a first with the many dentists I’ve been through.
