I love this place! The staff r very helpful and so kind. Dr Butler was the Best! He removed remaining teeth and put in implants. Everyone gets nervous in the dentist chair, but dr Butler was so informative answered all my questions and I am thrilled with the result! Thank y’all so much for your help If I could give u ten stars I would!!

If I could give them zero stars, I would.
The blonde lady that worked at the front desk was EXTREMELY rude and had the biggest attitude with me. What had happened was they never asked for any updated contact information when I came in for my consultation which resulted in no phone calls to confirm my wisdom tooth extraction. She flailed her hands up in the air and was very dramatic the remainder of the conversation. The doctor also told me that my top wisdom teeth were not ready for extraction and said I should wait until the root developed but at the oral surgeon I went to for my surgery said they were ready to be removed because it is best to remove them without the root for less pain. This office suggested I have two separate surgeries which in the long run would just make them more money. This office made me wait one year to get my bottom wisdom teeth removed in order for the roots to grow but it just caused more pain. I am currently two days post op, and the only pain I’m having is from my bottom teeth.
If you’re looking for a very good, KIND, and SMART oral surgeon, I HIGHLY suggest Half Moon Oral Surgery in Fort Smith.

Absolutely nothing to complain about. I was nervous going in because I never have been put under. I was in and out, didn’t feel nothing & every lady there was super nice to me!! Dr. Butler is super cool and chill, very professional. First time being & im glad that’s the place i went! I was very comfortable the entire time.

Everything went well, except during post-op for wisdom teeth extractions. The post-op instructions were incorrect, as the nurse realized after my surgery and briefly mentioned. I wasn’t told before or after surgery how to properly clean the sites or what to expect. Unsurprisingly, I developed an infection that became an acute and painful issue, blowing up the left side of my face. We returned, and it was “cleaned”. The pain increased a day later, and I eventually had to cut my own gum open at home to release the remaining fluids, which was a lot. I shouldn’t have had to do it, but didn’t want to be charged again for a poke and prod! The infection has since given me a lot of issues with general stiffness, scaring and throbbing. One surgeon at this facility discounted my pain at my THIRD visit, told me I was simply clenching my jaw too much, and said I was the image of health in a condescending manner. 4 months later, I’m still having issues. In short, their post-op bedside manner is awful, and I will never return.

One second I'm getting dizzy, the next the surgery is over and I'm good to go home! Very kind staff, almost no time spent in the waiting room
