First time there as a new patient. Arrived on time and filled out necessary paperwork ahead of time. I waited for an hour while several patients who arrived after me were called back within a few minutes. I had to leave because I would be late returning to work by the time I would have been called back/seen. Relayed this to the clinic without an apology or offer to reschedule. (Not that I would want to) I completely understand running behind and even added in an additional 30 minutes to the PTO I took from work for that reason, but an hour is a bit unreasonable. Especially for an early morning visit and being the only patient in the waiting room when I first arrived.

They are money hungry, tried to scare us into buying some $500 mouth piece to help my boys "sleep better" ?. Tried to tell me my kids will have sleep apnea and cognitive developmental issues if I didn't buy this expensive mouth guard. I will not be taking m y kids back here again.

In it for the $$$ and could care less about your actual dental health. I could go into detail about my experience, but let’s just leave it at that. Every policy they have is to make as much money as possible, regardless of what is best for the patient. I feel sorry for the hygienist who actually care who work there for a doctor who doesn’t.

They are NEVER on time and NEVER know what they are doing. I've been trying to give them the benefit of the doubt for a year or so now, but EVERY time I have had to interact with them, they have been incredibly frustrating and so unprofessional. I will be walking out of here today and NEVER returning.

Positive experience as far as it can be for a dental visit for someone who hates going to the dentist. Not sure what the official term is for fear of dentist, but I can tell you that your staff members are great, especially Sandra!!! I want her there each time I visit!!!!
