Sutter Health is one of the best medical groups in Sacramento. The Fort Sutter Surgery Center is also one of the best under their management. They sent many emails or texts to remind or update a few weeks before the procedure. The Fort Sutter Surgery Center employees are also very friendly and efficient. They're very detailed and careful to ensure everything is accomplished correctly. I feel very confident in their professional service.

The staff at this facility are awesome. The administrative staff checking folks in are kind and helpful. The nurses and medical assistants were professional and reassuring. Glad my doctor chose such a great place for my procedure.

My 8 year old daughter had her tonsils and adenoids removed this morning.
I was originally scheduled to check in at 1045 but that got changed to 9:15 the day before (this didn’t bother me)
I was treated with kindness starting at the check in.
As an anxious mama I loved having the tv in the waiting room letting me know where we were at with the procedure! Every single person we came in contact with here, was amazing! My daughter was comfortable and so was I. I left prepared for what’s to come in the coming days and all of my questions answered 😊

After having 5 surgeries there in the last 2 years...I feel compelled to post this review! There seems to be some confusion on the scheduling process. I had to call to get a surgery time. After that I received a call 2 days later and it was changed. Then morning of the surgery I was called to come earlier. I checked in 45 minutes than originally scheduled..Then sat in the lobby for a hour. The surgery before that I was on time and checked in...Waiting in the lobby and received a call from the nurse in the facility wondering where I was? I had been there waiting 45 minutes? Seems to have a problem with communication and scheduling! The nurse, interior staff and my Doctor were Wonderful. The process needs help! People are nervous ENOUGH!

I thought I’ve been left a review. I had surgery with my OB, Dr Melchione, who is the BESSSSTTTT, 4/10/24 here. Big office & the medical staff is everything. They’re all so sweet & cared for me great! Had me calm going into and coming out of surgery. 10/10 experience!

I had a procedure done two weeks ago with Dr. Kung. I have to say this place was amazing. From registration to recovery. Everyone I came in contact with the nurses to the doctors were pleasant, kept me informed, Had great attitudes,
and everyone were team players.10 out 10 Highly recommend this place.

We went to Fort Sutter for my 5 year old daughter teeth extraction, cavity removal etc...
We found the whole process smooth and nice experience.
Receptionist were friendly and supportive to us.
Nurse Elizabeth is very supportive and explained the whole process in simple language.
Dr. Lance, Dr. Ham were really good.
Parking and Navigation is easy.
They make your parking free if you are going for a surgery. Ask them to invalidate, otherwise parking price.is quite steep as it is hourly.

UNCONSENTED SURGERY AT FORT SUTTER! Back in August of 2022 Dr. Clutter performed a septoplasty (deviated septum) and turbinate reduction surgery. After the surgery I have had severe facial pain and have been from specialist to specialist trying to find the cause. I finally saw a top ENT at Stanford University at the end of October 2023 and he said I also had sinus surgery done as well after putting a scope up my nose, which Dr Clutter never said was going to be done because he said my sinuses looked fine. The Dr at Stanford believes it's possible that I had damage to my trigeminal nerve (which is most common from septoplasties and sinus surgery). Since then I have been trying to find the signed surgery consent to see what I agreed to. Sac Ent said they do not have one and that is was Sutter Medicals responsibility since the surgery took place at their facility (FORT SUTTER) and are my insurance provider. So I contacted Sutter and they do not have it saying it was Sac Ent responsibility. So I had a surgery with NO signed consent and a surgery I was not even aware was going to happen. If I consented to this surgery I could live with the surgery not going as planned. But I did not have any signed consent, just trying to get this story out there so it doesn't happen to another patient. Very frustrating and incredibly unethical.
