Had previously worked with Dr. Olsen at a different practice and was pleasantly surprised when I was referred to him from a different office. I made an appointment to be seen for a consultation for my wisdom teeth extraction. I had a last minute work schedule change because of someone catching Covid at work and I needed to reschedule my appointment. On the day the appointment was rescheduled to I called to confirm I had the correct time at 3 pm and was told I had the appointment was at 3 pm but was the wrong day and I had missed my appointment two days prior. I wanted to reschedule and was told that I would have to pay out of pocket for the appointment and would need to pay up front before scheduling the appointment. Ms. Annetta was very rude and told me three different prices I would have to pay for the appointment. I called back and spoke with a different lady and she gave me the first price that Ms. Annetta gave me. Upon looking at the reviews, one of the negative reviews reported “non-transparent patient out-of-pocket costs and billing”, which seems to fit well. The initial experience I had with Dr. Olsen has definitely been over shadowed by just attempting to try to book an appointment with him and will be looking elsewhere. I don’t know if once you get your own practice, patients aren’t a primary focus but WOW! Coincidental or not, I’m really taken back by the experience and interaction and definitely will not be giving recommendations for this practice.

I was not asked to leave a review, but I wanted to write one because I am SO impressed. I had an extraction and implant done yesterday. I had been in so much pain prior to my surgery and I finally feel like I’m back to myself today! Dr. Olson and his staff are awesome! My experience with payment/insurance was excellent- they explained everything in great detail. The secretaries were kind, the dental assistant was so sweet, and Dr. Olson was very professional and caring. I highly recommend going here!

Having been diagnosed by her regular dentist and needing an urgent tooth extraction, Dr Olsen was able to get my 89 year-old mother in for her procedure urgently. Dr Olsen was recommended by three different sources when Mom got the referral. Yesterday, Mom had her tooth extracted which was a first for her. The professional staff and Dr Olsen were able to give Mom the confidence she needed to undergo the procedure. Today Dr Olsen called to follow-up and learned she was doing very well without discomfort or swelling. We are grateful for the care and professional manner in which Mom was taken care of. My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Olsen for at least two years. When we first used his services, we were satisfied with his work and his staff was very good about explaining to us what would be covered by insurance and what wouldn't. However, recently, Dr. Olsen made changes to how patients are told about cost of treatment. My husband was never told that some of the services they were providing were not covered by insurance. They also never told him that he could have chosen services that were covered. Because of this, we had to pay out of pocket for services that were not needed. We tried to resolve this with Dr. Olsen but he did not wish to speak with us. Instead, one of his office people called us and told us on his behalf, you signed the papers, tough luck.

By far the best experience I have had at a dentist office! Wonderful staff who are all kind and helpful! And dr Olsen who was very sweet, worked quick and did an amazing job! Highly recommended, I will be back!

Dr Olsen and his team are the best!!! I needed an extraction on a very painful tooth. Victoria (front desk) got me in right away even during this Covid 19 mess. Dawn (Dr Olsen’s medical assistant) took such good care of me and made me feel like family. Dr Olsen is fantastic and removed the tooth while I was out like a light. I have had no issues post surgery other than the normal slight pain and swelling. Dr Olsen even called me on a Saturday to check how I was the day after surgery!! I can’t say enough about how well I was treated by all at the office. Only place I’ll go for oral surgery now. Highly recommend Dr Olsen and his staff!!!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!
Everything about a really crappy experience was vastly improved by everyone at FOSIC.
My 16yo began having excoriating mouth pain and was told it was wisdom teeth extraction time....now of course this all happened a week before she was supposed to go to Hawaii.
FOSIC got her in quickly and had her set for surgery the next day.
They were so great with making her as comfortable as possible and making her feel secure during the extraction process.
After care was so easy with their detailed plan and guidelines and the calls checking on her after (even from Dr. Olsen himself) were a pleasant surprise.
I just can't say enough great things about the whole office!!
