I’m thrilled to have discovered this office when shopping around. From the moment I stepped inside I was impressed by the bright, clean, and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel at home from the start. My hygienist is amazing - not only is she so kind & friendly, but she did an outstanding job of cleaning and maintaining my teeth after my cleaning, leaving them feeling so refreshed and looking their best. The dentist was very great as well as she took the time to understand my specific needs and concerns.

Overall, my experience at this practice was amazing. I couldn't be happier with the level of care and attention I received. I highly recommend them to anyone else looking around.

Since last time I have had 2 crowns completed by Dr. B and she did an excellent job, explaining everything and has a firm but gentle hand making me feel I am indeed in good hands. I would move the stars up to 5 if only the practice also involved an endodontist and oral surgeon for more complicated extractions so patients wouldn't need to be referred out and everything could be done in the same practice.

Daisy is a great addition to the staff as she went over my treatment plan very thoroughly so I knew exactly what the insurance would cover before I left so I appreciated that. I also like that the new plan includes a clear printout showing exactly which teeth are being referenced.
Michael the hygienist is superior with a gentle touch and comforting personality.
There are also nice screens on which pleasant scenery videos are played so that helped me relax while in the dental chair, esp. for longer procedures. Orig. review here:
Love the new location which is so clean and fresh. Sierra at the phones can answer any questions (although I wish they had scheduling available online too), hygienists are pleasant and efficient. New dentists here since the last time I needed work done so am hoping these will be here for a while and will be as good as the previous docs as it's rough getting used to new docs and I desire stability in a practice.

Fox Family Dental is the greatest experience. They talk you through each step, and are gentle. I felt less anxious with this team than anywhere else. I want to take a moment and express gratitude to Fox family dentistry. I was not a regular customer. I needed emergency help. I had a molar with a severe abscess. They made room for me that morning and took care of the situation with an additional referral. they did clear the abscess to give me comfort until I could see an oral surgeon. I needed additional scanning to identify the problem. But, I highly recommend them. Great staff and very professional. I have intentions of returning as soon as the problem with the molar is corrected. Highlyrecommend them..

In May 2024, I went to Fox Family Dental for a dental cleaning, The cleaning was excellent. Everything was covered 100% by my Medicare Advantage dental plan (no copay), so I was happy. At least I was happy until I discovered that they had billed my insurance for a service I did not receive!

The dental office had billed my insurance for a "Topical application of fluoride varnish." The problem was: I never received that service! After digging deeper, I found they had done that not only for my May 2024 visit, but also for my Fall 2023 visit!

I tried to resolve the issue by calling their office. Then in June 2024 I filed a "grievance" through my insurance company.

Every few weeks since then, I called the insurance company to check on the progress. Three months later, the insurance company claimed that Fox Family Dental has ignored their grievance!

At this point, I'm so frustrated with Fox Family Dental and my insurance company's bureaucracy. Nothing has been resolved, despite all the wasted time I spent following the insurance-company-protocol to resolve the issue.

Why should I care? Because the moderate amount that they billed insurance comes out of my Annual Maximum insurance allotment for the year. And most importantly, because it's dishonest!

Am I the only one whose insurance has been billed for services that were not provided by Fox Family Dental? I doubt it!

So despite having an excellent teeth cleaning (prophylaxis), their untrustworthiness compels me to leave only 1 star as a rating. I am very disappointed, because they seem like nice people. It's disheartening.

I’ve had Mike as my dental hygienist for many years. And my daughter goes to Chelsea. Both of them are AMAZING. Front office staff is welcoming and attentive and also AMAZING.

Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Definitely eased my anxiety the first visit and each time I go, everyone is always so warm and kind. They make you feel great about your services (even if you are embarrassed yourself). Definitely would recommend.

Fox Dental staff was very professional and friendly. Dr. B was excellent! Trisha was outstanding and showed so much compassion and took great care of me. They made me feel as if i was the only patient they had today! They were very accomodating and genuinely cared.
I had an emergency and they got me in immediately and I am so estatic I found them. I am Very satisfied with their service!
Im so happy that I cant wait until I have another problem w my teeth just so i can get their red carpet treatment again! Ha ha!
