Great Dr here but Terrible Staff. It is one of the rare combinations when the Dr is great but the staff sucks at making appointments, even sending an invoice or making sure things are planned for patients. Made an appointment 2 weeks ago for an impression came 30miles to Fremont to find out they are missing a part to take impression and are very sorry and need to reschedule the appointment. These things happen when the businesses don’t care about customers. I hope this Dr can correct his admin staff.

I'm eager to share my positive experience with Dr. Maung's office, where I had a wisdom tooth extracted yesterday. The team's expertise, kindness, and efficiency made the process surprisingly pleasant. I was in and out within an hour and barely recall the procedure.

After a previous oral surgeon expressed concerns about removing the tooth, I'm grateful to have found Dr. Maung, who was recommended by my dentist. His expertise and confidence made all the difference, and I'm so glad I finally did it.

Dr Maung and staff were very professional and I was pleased with the service. Very nice office, updated technology and equipment and painless process. I’ve had oral surgery at multiple places and this was by far the best one. Would definitely recommend.

My daughter had wisdom teeth removed. Dr Patel was very thorough and answered all questions. Dental assistants Veronica and Sonia were very friendly nice and provided details of the after care expectations. I felt so nervous but after speaking with Dr Patel and the rest of the team it made me feel so comfortable and secure with my daughter care. Very professional and nice staff !

The doctor was very helpful. This is a review regarding the staff. The account representative underestimated the insurance coverage and overcharged me by about $350, so I requested a refund. Despite over two months passing and multiple calls and texts, I still haven’t received the refund. I recommend paying the copay only after the insurance claim is processed.

Dr Maung helped my mom, placing an implant for her. He is compassionate, explaining every part of the procedure and made sure she was comfortable through the procedure. 10/10, would recommend their office!
