It's a great facility, clean, great customer service, some of the equipment is dated but in good working condition. They have plenty of equipment that many gyms don't including several heavy bags and boxing equipment.

Showers and bathrooms are always clean, and for a small town fitness club the price isn't too bad.

I was just visiting because I don't have a membership but they seem to have a good selection of equipment. There are also showers if you need them. There doesn't seem like there is much of a wait to use the equipment.

Possibly the worst haircut I have ever gotten and probably the worst experience I have ever had receiving one. My side burns are uneven and super high, my hair is uneven, I had super long random hairs on my head. The lady who did the cut, was trying to force her religious beliefs on me the entire time. For someone who has been cutting hair for over 17 years, needs to go back to school. Will never go here again and would never recommend anyone to get their hair cut here. Very unprofessional.

Richard was very friendly and conversational. Olga was nice also. The gym has all the free weights you need to get a good lift in as well as a large variety of cardio machines. Classes are offered and there is room to stretch too.

A customer at a store I work at recommended this place so I thought I'd try it out. I attended the Zumba classes that they have every Mondays and Wednesdays at 530. I loved it!! If you wanna sweat, get a great workout in, and dance in a room full of wonderful people and a great teacher, then go to Frontier Fitness. They not only do Zumba but they have a room full of equipment for multiple workouts as well as punching bags. You won't regret it!!

Rich and Olga impressed me with their cordial presence, machine, physical & workout knowledge and their cordial assistance ready & able for their clients.
Equipment in clean and a definite safe workout environment, I need to make this facility my place to excel in my goals and sanctuary for better and stronger health.
I hope the Benson community realizes this is bona-fide health center and they are working to offer more services I know I'll venture.
