I want to give a special mention to her amazing ortho assistant, Maliha G. She has been with my son from the moment he got his braces until they came off, and I feel it’s time to share our experience.

Maliha is incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and attentive. She took the time to explain how to properly brush and care for my son's teeth during the entire process. Her patience and positivity truly shine, especially when my son felt nervous during his first appointment—she made him feel comfortable and secure.

Dr Bailey is awesome! I went to get Invisalign and her whole staff was so knowledgeable and walked me through the process with ease. Check ups were a breeze and 6 months later I have straight beautiful teeth. her technician Nina was especially great in remaining me to wear the aligners and did all procedures painlessly and quickly! My experience was great, the person (Nina) was super nice and very informative when I went for my retainer check. Dr. Bailey put a cherry on top with keeping me in the loop when checking for my retainers and things and aspects I may be missing sometimes. All in all a really great experience 😊

The staff and the environment are very friendly, polite, caring, relaxed, smiley, comforting (even if you're antisocial), cordial, professional, knowledgeable, and articulate. In fact, if you so choose, share about your life, they'll even remember personal details about you.

Tip: take personal responsibility, especially on punctuality. Save dates to your calendar and set reminders. Maybe even record dates of past appointments and what was done during them. They give you 1 page forms after each session. I stack those in a drawer in my bathroom which I keep to store all my dental things, including the little goodie bags they give you after each appointment. Ask for the little appointment cards. Plan things ahead. If you want an appointment sooner rather than later, ask to join the waitlist for new openings from cancellations. If you realize you'll reach an appointment late, call ahead to let them know. Try to find parking in the shade on hot days. Also, park away from Safeway because that tends to be more crowded. Consider traffic when scheduling appointments in the afternoon, especially around when school ends. For finance, update your insurance in person or online. Listen carefully and take note of the advice they give you during your regular appointments and especially during consultation. At the end of each appointment, schedule your next appointment and ask how long they expect that appointment to be to budget your time better for that day. Also, ask any questions you may have. Check if you have any pain or issues with your teeth / treatment immediately. Ask them if it's expected to be sore, etc. or not and/or if they can do anything about it. For example, for me, at some brief stage of my braces, I'd often ask (or they'd just do it themselves before I had to even ask) if they could clip the ends of the wires shorter than normal and give me dental wax to take home, because sometimes, after a few days, the wire would stretch out and poke the sides of my cheeks.

Also, the appointments themselves are easy. The directions they give you are very simple and to the point. Honestly, sometimes I just get caught up in watching whatever is on the TV. 😆

I went today for my follow up appointment after 4 weeks of Invisalign. I get my permanent retainer in 2 weeks. After starting out with a complicated crossbite that looked like shark teeth (see pic of me below), the difference now is almost unbelievable. I'm definitely very satisfied with the final result.
