The best experience at a dentist office one could hope for. The staff were very warm and welcoming. Dr. Birch listened to my concerns regarding my dental health and was very clear in explaining the steps that needed to be taken to resolve my issues. The hygienist was very gentle, but also thorough and quick, and you could tell the staff worked well as a team. The office was very clean and modern, but still felt homey and warm. Overall an excellent experience, would recommend to everyone I know.

Raven does a great job communicating with me regarding my appointments and my insurance. She is always so nice and helpful. Jessica is my hygienist and she does a great job cleaning my teeth and assisting the doctor if I have additional work done. She is very sweet and I know I am more than “just a patient” to her. Raven and Jessica always give me five star treatment. Thank you ladies!

I cannot begin to tell you how pleased I am with the work Dr. Birch and his staff have provided for me. I had to have extensive work done and Dr. Birch provided gentle dentistry at a reasonable price. I would also like to thank Raven and Denise for their kindness and hard work. I initially came here for a deep cleaning, and since then, I’ve been returning for my routine cleanings. Recently, I started experiencing severe pain from my wisdom tooth and called to see if they could help. Raven answered my call, and she was incredibly kind and helpful! Best dental experience ever! Dr Birch and his whole office are amazing. From front desk receptionist Raven to his assistant Denise.
Denise explained everything they were getting ready to do and made me feel comfortable . Dr Birch went above and beyond, picking colors for my teeth, and shapes that would complement the rest of my teeth. He was very detailed in making sure everything was exactly right. I have not smiled in a very long time, iam no longer afraid to show of my beautiful smile.Thank you Dr. Birch and staff.

From the minute you walk in you feel comfortable & know you’re in great hands. I needed a crown & was actually looking forward to going back in a few weeks! What‼️☺️ I’m so excited that I found them on Instagram & gave them a call. Every time I have an appointment I look forward to seeing the staff & I trust Dr Birch implicitly. The best experience I have ever had at the dentist! Dr. Birch and the entire staff always go above and beyond to provide red carpet treatment, and they truly want the best for their patients. Jessica was very professional during my last visit and made the experience as comfortable as possible. Denise and Dezeray are super friendly and always ready to answer all my questions. I do not live close, but it is worth the trip every time.

I just moved back to this beautiful state after being gone for a while, I did my research as well as asked around a large net work looking for a dentist to take me on as a patient.
I called the office and had the most pleasant young lady on the other end of the line, she was more glad to take my information and get me an appointment that very same day. I was totally amazed. I was having some heart of an emergency with a tooth, and she was very understanding. It only got better from there after filling out some short paperwork. She asked me if I want a glass of water and I wasn’t in the waiting room more than 10 minutes when another very pleasant young lady came in and introduced her self, and walk me through the dentist office. Yes, she actually gave me a tour. Show me where all the rooms, examination, x-rays and everything it was amazing I was totally taken back. Then she showed me to my room and started the investigation of my problem. The dentist assistant, absolutely amazing. She asked all the questions and was truly engaged in my concerns. After she did some x-rays, she asked me if there’s anything I need water and if I was OK. I absolutely was amazed by the professionalism of both of them. Then Dr. Birch came and shake my hand, and I reduced self, it was absolutely amazing prior to coming in. He’s already read my x-rays and started on the investigation first verbally asking questions, and then looking inside my mouth. Again at this time I wasn’t there more than 30 total minutes in the chair and I felt absolutely comfortable with the entire environment.

I would totally recommend this Dennis for his professionalism, as well as his staff, obviously enjoy their place of work and the culture of the entire office.
