It is never fun to have a tooth extracted. Unfortunately I've had a couple extractions in the past that were extremely painful. This time was not the case. They really are "Gental Dental". I am extremely impressed and this dental clinic will be my dental needs for the future. The Doctor explained every single step he was doing along the way. It helped me not be so anxious and fearful as in the past. I cannot say enough good things about my visit. Friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere. Positivity 100%.

Very good experience! The receptionists were polite and helpful. The dental technicians were very helpful about explaining procedures and they helped calm my nerves. The surgeon was patient with me, reassuring, very skilled and efficient. Everyone was friendly and positive.

My dentist visits have always been either traumatic or the Dr and I just weren't a good fit...until Dr. Osmun and his team at Gentle Dental. Dr. Osmun and his assistant move so well together. You can really tell that they've been together for 20 years. The place is clean and the rest of the staff are friendly and efficient. They take great care of me and make me feel comfortable and welcome. Thanks gang! Cya next time.

This dentist (Dr Osmun) is ALWAYS running late every time I’ve been seen at this ofc. I spent 3 hours in this ofc yesterday. My appt was at 1130am. I wasn’t even numbed until 1245pm and then it was an additional 2 hours till finished.
He juggles 3-4 patients and is not efficient at it.
People have lives and other things to do. I find it incredibly frustrating and insensitive to tie up someone’s day just for a crown. 3 hours is insane!

This office's costume service is decadent to the soul. I am a urgently peaceful person. Peace is important. I have had a few issues at the tri pointe location that makes me always question their care and sincere actions towards their patients. I didn't question the place on broadway even once. I loved every worker and their vibe is how you expect doctors nurses dentists...etc. to be towards other people, generally.
